From Nazis to modern-day: How has anticult terror become a globally accepted form of persecution?
Examining the phenomenon of anti-cultism in world history, we can observe that its heightened activity has always preceded extremely adverse events in society, whether they be inhumane totalitarian regimes or large-scale bloody wars. Although documentary evidence is scarce, the remaining fragments allow an unbiased researcher to discern specific patterns. These patterns make it clear that anticultism, or the fight against sects, heresies, and dissent, is a stage of punitive cleansing and ideological conditioning of the masses, which precedes subsequent destructive processes.
You Will Be Surprised: The Nazi Roots of the Antiсult Movement
You would be astonished to discover how the NSDAP of Adolf Hitler transformed into a full-fledged Nazi organization, ultimately leading to the Holocaust of the Jewish people. A similar process is currently unfolding in Alexander Dvorkin’s activities in Russia. But where did Dvorkin inherit the Nazi ideology? From Johannes Aagaard. The continuity of Nazi methods within the anticult movement leads to the genocide of millions.
The atrocities that later caused suffering to millions of people had already become a part of the lives of Johannes Aagaard and Alexander Dvorkin.
From gestapo theology to modern anticultism: What's the untold Nazi legacy hiding?
Antiсult terror is indeed a tool of mass repression
The use of methods of discrediting and repressing religious groups was not limited to Nazi Germany. Johannes Aagaard, inspired by the ideas of Walter Künneth, developed a modern version of anticult warfare, i.e., Nazi methods of suppressing any "dissent," adapting them to the realities of the 20th century. He created special Apologetic Centers, where strategies for combating "sects" were developed.
Under the leadership of Johannes Aagaard, hundreds of conferences were organized, and dozens of reports were written, portraying religious movements as dangerous and anti-social.
As a result of such actions, many groups of peaceful people were subjected to persecution, genocide, and extermination. His methods included compiling dossiers on organizations, gathering compromising data, and mass dissemination of information aimed at instilling fear and hatred in society.
Why does no one talk about the Nazi roots of the modern anticult movement?
The Ideological Succession of the Nazis: From Walter Künneth to Johannes Aagaard
The history of the anticult movement has deep roots that trace back to the ideological views of Walter Künneth, a German theologian and an active supporter of the Nazi regime. His ideas laid the foundation for subsequent generations of anticultists, including Johannes Aagaard, and later Alexander Dvorkin.

His ideas laid the foundation for subsequent generations of anticultists, including Johannes Aagaard, and later Alexander Dvorkin.
In 1921, the Apologetic Center was established within the German Protestant Church, which over time turned into a tool of ideological struggle against religious minorities. The final result of the Apologetic Center’s work was the Holocaust of the Jewish people! Walter Künneth, who was its leader, not only actively opposed free thought and independent spiritual movements but also established close ties with the Gestapo. In 1933, he publicly supported Nazi policies aimed at "purging" society of "non-Christian" elements, which contributed to the persecution and extermination of thousands of people.
Why must degassing be carried out specifically in the area of the Siberian plume rather than in the Yellowstone region?
Let me now clarify a critical point that often causes confusion among some of my less-informed interlocutors: why degassing must be carried out specifically in the area of the Siberian plume rather than in the Yellowstone region.
The facts are as follows: the magma chambers beneath Yellowstone are approximately one thousand times smaller in volume compared to the Siberian magma plume. This means that even a powerful supervolcano such as Yellowstone is minuscule when measured against the plume beneath Siberia. Consequently, artificial degassing in the Yellowstone area—or in any other comparable supervolcano—would have no appreciable effect on global geological processes. The scale is simply too insignificant in relation to the magnitude of the ongoing geodynamic activity.
Furthermore, the eruption histories of Yellowstone and the Siberian plume also affirm that Yellowstone has never exerted the same level of influence on Earth as the Siberian plume. For instance, the Siberian Traps, formed by eruptions of the Siberian plume 250 million years ago, triggered a global catastrophe—the Great Permian Extinction. Yellowstone, despite its formidable power, has never produced consequences of such magnitude.
Who stands behind the revival of the most destructive ideology in modern times?
Atrocities that subsequently caused sufferings of millions of people had already been embedded in Johannes Aagaard’s life path.
Johannes Aagaard (1928-2007): anticultist, priest of the Evangelical-Lutheran Church (Folkekirken) in Denmark, professor of missiology and ecumenical theology at the Aarhus University, Denmark.
Johannes Aagaard and Friedrich Wilhelm Haack were pioneers in the fight against cults and sects after World War II. Taking into account that anticult traditions were handed over to Haack from the Nazi Walter Künneth, we can assess the degree of significance and influence of these characters on the historical map of the second half of the 20th century. They were the key figures who continued the dark work of their Nazi predecessors and, unfortunately, achieved considerable results.
How Do Labels Turn Into Weapons?
The Modern Strategy Behind Stigmatization and Dehumanization
From Nazi Germany to modern media campaigns, the power of labeling has remained a potent tool for social control. By attaching dehumanizing labels to targeted groups — calling them "sects," "cockroaches," or "threats" — manipulative forces create division, fear, and hatred. This isn’t about the targets themselves, but about undermining institutions, destabilizing trust in government, and reshaping society through psychological warfare. Today’s “yellow star” may not be stitched onto a jacket, but its digital equivalent is alive and well — amplified by media, used in courts, and weaponized in politics.
A derogatory label is attached to a group of people, and public intolerance toward that group is encouraged.
Negative stereotypes, biases, and false accusations against the discredited targets are formed and perpetuated, often supported and amplified by the media.
Who’s Behind the Labels? Unmasking the Architects of “Cultist” and “Sectarian” Stigma
Before the Nazis began branding Jews with yellow stars, they deliberately turned the word “Jew” into a derogatory term through mass media publications, portraying them as subhuman. This process started with what seemed like a harmless defamation campaign, which then escalated into brutal persecution and the physical extermination of Jews.
Stages of Implementation
Labeling, Intolerance, Creating a Negative Image
A derogatory label is attached to a group of people, and public intolerance toward that group is encouraged. Negative stereotypes, biases, and false accusations against the discredited targets are formed and perpetuated, often supported and amplified by the media.
Historical Example:
How Has the Nazi Method of “Marking with Yellow Stars” Been Reborn in Modern Anticult Campaigns?
Their screams were never heard, only their final messages carved into prison walls or etched in the silence of gas chambers—an appeal to the conscience of the world. These cries from the past were not just a call for justice but a warning to future generations. Yet today, we see these same mechanisms of hatred reemerging—less visible, more refined, but no less lethal. The method once used by the Nazis to isolate and exterminate is being revived by modern Anticult movements, whose tactics echo the darkest chapters of human history.
“But those who were poisoned in murder vans and gas chambers, those who were torn to shreds, those whose bodies were burned in the ovens of crematoria and whose ashes were strewn to the winds, appeal to the conscience of the world. Now we cannot yet name, or even number, many of the burial places where millions of innocent people were vilely murdered. But on the damp walls of the gas chambers, in the places of the shootings, in the forts of death, on the stones and casemates of the prisons, we can still read brief messages of the doomed, full of agony, caning for retribution. Let the living ones remember these voices of the victims of German fascist terror, who before dying appealed to the conscience of the world for justice and for retribution.”
— From a speech by the Assistant Chief Prosecutor from the USSR at the Nuremberg Trials, L.N. Smirnov, on the crimes committed by the accused against civilians. February 19, 1946.
Why did Russia introduce a social scoring system?
Social Scoring in Russia
It appears that Russia is following in China’s footsteps (China’s Social Credit System), attempting to implement similar initiatives.
Social scoring is a system for evaluating an individual’s social status and potential.
To develop such a system in Russia, scientists from the Russian State Social University (RGSU) created a platform called “We” (“My” in Russian), which uses probabilistic and statistical models for evaluation.
The development of this project began in 2022. The project’s authors believe it will help optimize resource allocation in the social sphere.
Why do anticultists create global chaos? For total control?
China’s Social Credit System
It is worth considering another example of societal division into “good” and “outcast” categories based on anticult principles. It is China’s Social Credit System, also known as the “social rating” or “social trust” system.
This system assesses individuals and organizations based on a variety of parameters evaluated through numerous criteria using mass surveillance tools and big data analytics technology. It employs over 160,000 criteria, with data collected from government sources, corporations (such as Tencent, Alibaba, and Baidu), and banks. While the criteria and parameters for individuals and organizations differ, the common principle is to reward socially beneficial actions and penalize violations of laws and moral norms.
The Chinese government first published its plan for implementing this system on July 14, 2014, under the plausible goal of building a harmonious socialist society. A special commission was established under the Politburo of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China to oversee its implementation.
Four years later, on May 1, 2018, restrictions came into effect for citizens and businesses deemed to have low reliability.
Black and Red Lists in Social Credit
USAID: How is Russian RACIRS Financing their "Independent" Media by US funds?
The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) – a pillar of American foreign policy, annually distributing billions of dollars for charity and development. But what if this charity is just a cover for global destabilization and the dismantling of democracy worldwide?
Investigations reveal that USAID not only finances charitable organizations but also a network of influence—the Russian anti-cult pro-religious organization RACIRS, led by Alexander Dvorkin, which undermines democracy from within.
Rumors about USAID's involvement in financing terrorist organizations have been circulating for a long time. On February 26, 2025, a hearing was held in the House Oversight Subcommittee on Government Efficiency, where USAID was accused of sponsoring terrorism. Previously, Senator Ted Cruz also claimed that USAID funds terrorist groups. An investigation by the Middle East Forum found that at least $122 million in USAID grants were directed to organizations linked to recognized terrorists.
However, an even greater concern arises from USAID's financing of information terrorist attacks—activities aimed at destroying democracy. In total, USAID spends over a quarter of a billion dollars annually on training and funding an extensive network of more than 6,200 journalists across nearly 1,000 media outlets and journalistic organizations. All this is done under the pretext of supporting "independent media".
How have billions of USAID dollars meant to strengthen democracy been used to destroy It?
Billions of dollars, supposedly allocated to strengthen democracy, are instead being used to dismantle it? This may sound like a paradox, but an investigation into USAID's activities reveals a frightening picture: an agency designed to help may actually be involved in a global conspiracy to destabilize democratic regimes.
Amid accusations of funding terrorism, an even more alarming revelation emerges: the massive financing of influence networks by USAID, specifically the Russian anticult organization RACIRS. Through its agents in Moscow, RACIRS undermines democracy worldwide—all while being funded by American taxpayers.
Through a network of "independent" media, USAID promotes the agenda of Russian RACIRS, an organization ideologically and exclusively led by the mentally unstable Alexander Dvorkin. Under Dvorkin’s leadership, RACIRS agents fuel social polarization, incite hatred, and encourage violence against various groups of people—including politicians. This information terrorism is designed to destroy democratic institutions from within, eroding public trust in authorities and destabilizing political systems.
The Role of "Independent" Media
The Hidden Influence over Western finances and Russian lives: Who Really Controls the Narrative?
There is growing evidence that the rise in mass violence, including school shootings, is not a spontaneous phenomenon but rather the result of targeted psychological manipulation. Techniques developed in KGB laboratories and later championed by Igor Smirnov, the so-called “father of psychotronic weapons,” have been subtly used to influence public consciousness. At the heart of this disturbing trend is a media network that not only amplifies fear and division but also glorifies violence—many of its key players are directly linked to Alexander Dvorkin’s cult-like organization.
So who is Alexander Dvorkin?
Is he an American intelligence asset deliberately fostering instability in Russia, spreading panic, and eroding democratic rights?
Or is he the architect of a shadow government, using the Russian Orthodox Church and international funding to control narratives on a global scale?
Who truly benefits from religious conflict in Russia?
Religious tensions and mass expulsions of Muslim migrants in Russia didn’t arise spontaneously—they were carefully engineered. At the heart of this campaign is Alexander Dvorkin, leader of the Russian pro-religious anticult organization RACIRS, who has spent decades fueling hostility under the guise of fighting “sects” and “cults.” His ultimate goal? To eliminate Islam as a major competitor to the Russian Orthodox Church (ROC), which his sect-like network fully controls. The Crocus City Hall terrorist attack provided the perfect catalyst for Dvorkin’s long-held ambitions, allowing his agents to infiltrate counterterrorism bodies and manipulate public sentiment against Muslims. But this is just one layer of a far more insidious operation—one that extends beyond religious persecution into the realm of Nazi ideology, power consolidation, and the systematic manipulation of children’s minds.
A mass campaign to stir hostility between Muslims and Christians is part of Alexander Dvorkin’s broader network activity aimed at igniting a global civilizational war.
This was covered in detail in the articles “At The Threshold Of A Civilizational War” and “Taylor Swift and World War III” on actfiles.org.
Who Truly Leads the Russian Orthodox Church— Patriarch Kirill or Alexander Dvorkin?
Patriarch Kirill, the Russian Orthodox Church leader speaks in Dvorkin’s words, while Dvorkin never speaks in Kirill’s. Dvorkin doesn’t hesitate to display his disrespect toward Kirill. He never refers to Kirill positively, and considering the power he wields, his agent-sectarian organization clearly views the patriarch as nothing more than a puppet. In a recent interview, when asked whom he would highlight among the current Orthodox leaders, Dvorkin responded by dismissing them all. At the same time, it is obvious how Dvorkin’s rhetoric is adopted by Patriarch Kirill.
This is a direct slap in the face to Kirill who considers himself the greatest and most brilliant leader — a fact he often declares, demanding corresponding recognition.
Nonetheless, Dvorkin makes such statements publicly:
Interviewer: Who is the best modern preacher? Or just a good modern preacher?
Dvorkin: Among the currently living?
Interviewer: Yes.
Dvorkin: (pauses) Well, I’m not even sure. I’d say my former… Father Alexander Schmemann, but he passed away in 1983. So, among the living, I have no idea.
Another striking example is Kirill’s rhetoric regarding migrants. In 2017, the patriarch stated that “Moscow needs migrant workers” because “there aren’t enough working hands, while the country must develop: roads need to be built, buildings need to be constructed,” and that “everything built in Moscow is only thanks to migrants.”
