On a lighter note. Thank you McQ for the old man yaoi crumb
"It doesn't happen without you, my friend."
Just noticed this sounds way more romantic than it probably should. đ«
Why was the shirt so open. Slut
this was originally meant for top gun anniversary but I got lazy as fuck. anyways
Age Gap AU!

When they had him do the boobs and butt pose...
âI try to appreciate Tom Cruise for his talent and intelligence but I have to admit he has the most luscious backside and every time I see it I want to grab it and squeeze itâ

âI find it funny that weâre talking about me as an action director. I donât consider myself one. I didnât set out to be one. And if I donât make another action movie, that will be okay.â

It's kinda crazy how how Tom is so obviously in love with McQ (and that isn't even as a shipping thing, it's like beyond that) but I really don't think McQ realises the extent of that even now. Like Tom is constantly gazing at him adoringly and praising him and reacting to everything he says like it's the most profound/funny/awesome thing he's ever heard, and McQ will just be next to him having a perpetual existential crisis looking off into the distance wondering when he'll be abandoned.
My outsider POV is it seems McQâs a cycle of fully aware and basking in Tomâs love by Tomâs side > out of a job for more than a day and questioning it all > job comes through > repeat. It is crazy that he was apparently thinking heâd be fired all throughout Valkyrie production and that Tom would never chose him as a director for Reacher. More recently I think his ennui is because after every Mission, like as soon as the credits rolled at the premiere, they'd turn to each other and say "we can do better", but now Mission is over and he's just got nowhere to put that drive on top of his usual emo nature. IDK I am heavily biased towards them both being aware they're in love but also knowing they can never truly be together because I find that very romantic
Top Gun 40 years!! Mission Impossible 30 years. Next week!! We celebrate 8 adventure. And we accept the mission to watch it again in the cinema!!
Donât worry. Weâre gonna take care of him.
Days of Thunder 1990, dir. Tony Scott
Tom patiently waiting for Chris to put on his suit jacket so they can hug đ
Also, I desperately need the full video from this POV (the one Iâve seen posted always cuts what I want to see)
