wrenedwxrds:
Wrenâs fingers dug into her hips slightly, trying to keep hold of some of the self-control he still had. It was quickly flying out the window, as it often did around Olivia. He shrugged at the comment, ignoring the urge to tell her it wasnât just a line, that he meant what he was saying. The mention of other girls nearly made the smirk on his face falter, but only for a second. What did it matter if she spoke about them? It wasnât like she was unaware that he still slept with other girls. They werenât exclusive, not in the slightest. The thought of Liv being with anyone but him did in fact make him feel things he wished he didnât, but that wasnât the point. They were friends and bandmates before anything else, they werenât going to let this get in the way of that. âAre you saying my looks are not enough, I need to use lines?â He joked, trying to avoid the question. It wasnât that he was ashamed of it, and rarely regretted sleeping with anyone, but he didnât want to think about them, not here, not with her.
âAre you one of them? Will you do whatever I want?â He asked, one hand moving up to Oliviaâs neck, tilting her head back slightly. âThis.â He answered, as he pulled her into a kiss. It was soft, not wanting to get too carried away while still so surrounded by people, even if every fiber in his body was telling him otherwise. It didnât last too long, before he pulled back, his pupils blown. âJust you.â Even he wasnât sure if he meant tonight, here, or for all time. Even now, he should step back, should find some anonymous woman, but he couldnât leave. Whether it was the secrecy, the sneaking around or just Olivia, he wasnât sure. In the back of his mind, he knew it was the latter, but he didnât want to admit that to himself. âIâm all yours, babe.â It was hardly the first time he had called her it, he would do it in any situation. Except, in most situations, he would be trying to get some sort of rise out of her, but now, he meant it.Â
Liv couldnât tell what kind of game they were playing anymore. Usually, they were back and forward, trying to get a rise from the other. Even when they ended up with tangled limbs at the end of the night, there was a game of cat and mouse that was involved, neither of them admitting to what they were trying to do. Now however, Wren was being clear with what he wanted, and Olivia would be lying if she said she didnât want the same thing. She wanted his hands on her, skin against skin, his lips on hers. But there was an order to things, or so she kept telling herself. It seemed like both were desperate to throw their unwritten rules out of the window, even if only for the night. She desperately wanted to throw caution to the wind and stake her claim in him, and the longer she spent wrapped around him, the more inclined she was to do so. âWith a face like yours, Wren, most are putty in your hands. Even without the words.â
She wasnât caught of guard by his kiss, Olivia saw it coming, but that didnât mean she wasnât made breathless by it all the same. Wren had that effect on her, even when she tried her hardest not to show the reactions her body had to him. Her eyes clouded with lust and her breathing shallowed, but her waist didnât even flinch at the contact, continuing to circle in time with the beat. This was what she wanted: him; his words; his promise of the night. âYou can have me anyway you want me.â She said in a low voice, bring her lips to his ear so he was able to hear her over the music. The words were for Wren and Wren only. No one else needed to know what went off between them. That was why she grabbed his hand and began to lead them out of the crowd. This wasnât where she wanted to be, surrounded by strangers. She just wanted Wren, nothing else mattered.
