Alex laughed and nodded her head. “There’s not many people I’d go to jail with, but you’re one of them and that’s a crime I would not mind doing,” She smirked.

Alex furrowed her eyebrows as she looked up at him. “She–” Alex wanted to argue and say Meaghan wouldn’t do something like that, but she wasn’t sure anymore. She wasn’t sure of anything anymore. “– I just want… I just want a second chance… But she won’t give me one– I know she won’t… Not whilst he’s around…”
