I fucking passed histology and embryology, meaning I'm abandoning my hiatus and coming back to explain how the omegaverse could happen from a biological stand point. Back at it again, yay! To recap: the human womb in omegas, both male and female, is connected to their anus and female omegas also have a vagina. Now. How do male omegas have a fucking womb? I'm glad you ask :)
When humans are created by the sperm fecundating the ovum one key element is happening in the chromosomal scale: the 23 pair of chromosomes is determined to be XY or XX, we are thinking male here so XY. Now the Y chromosome has a gene that will in the long run determine that the embryo has to start making testis and what not. Now, the testis and the ovary are formed by the same embriological structure, meaning, the sub gender NEEDS to be decided by one of the parents, and I think it would only be fair for this trait to be decided by the X chromosome of the mother. As stated the Y chromosome has a gene, anti-müllerian hormone (AMH) but now the X chromosome will have the pro-müllerian hormone (PMH) that will override the AMH, cause #feminism-but-make-it-omega
Now, what we are interested in, I like the theory of the sub gender being revealed at puberty, meaning the ovaries of male omegas would be in the ball sack, but it would have the same structure as a female ovary has. The contacts that would usually lead to the penis forming the epididymis, vas deferens and stuff will now lead and form the oviduct and the uterus because they are the "same" thing when the embryo is undifferentiated, it's hard to explain but it could happen, look at intersex people it happens.
In short: the male omega ovaries are in the ball sack, they won't be able to cum as they don't have sperm, you can work around the no cum issue by giving them the accessory glands human males have (prostate) the uterus is linked to the ovaries in an inverse way than in females and the mother decides the sub gender.

Having stated that humans as we know them never existed, we now have to look at the biggest issue the Omegaverse has in order to be considered a possibility: the existence of a cloaca. What is a cloaca? It's a common hole that mostly birds and reptiles use that combines the urinary and digestive systems. Now, in embryonic life humans have a cloaca, but between the 4th and 7th weeks, the cloaca is separated into the urogenital sinus and the anal canal, and it's divided by the urorectal septum. NOW, if we get rid of this septum, males would have no dick and females would have no pussy, so the way to work around this is we move the entrance of the vagina in omegas to the anus, and we keep the septum. This isn't a mind-blowing concept; that's how M-preg has always worked. BUT this means we can also make it for female omegas to get pregnant with butt stuff.
Okay, to begin we must go back to high school biology and remember how humans are different from each other, and from lower animals. Different species evolve by being "raised" in different environments, for example, llamas and camels both came from the same ancestor, but one developed to live in the desert and the other in the mountains due to mutations that made them suitable for that environment. So taking that as a basis we must think: "is ABO evolved from the current humans or humans as we know them never existed?" The most logical answer is: us humans never existed. Why is that? Because our biology is innately perfect for our current living conditions, and changing that is something nature would consider as a waste of energy and resources, so point 1: humans were never just "male and female" but always, "Alpha, Beta and Omega"
So, I've been reading some omegaverse and it was really interesting, I'm studying veterinary science and one of the subjects is Embriology or the study of how organisms form, and suddenly, the omegaverse, or in particular male omegas could from a biological stand point make sense, so this will be me rambling on how it could be possible if you have 0 regards for ethics, evolution, current biology and all that fun stuff fanfiction loves to ignore, buckle in and enjoy the ride.
