He is recently new so not much info yet but it is shown he likes to bully his fellow student council and finding it hurmors at zaganjohnnywestern mistakes.
He also seems to have taken afriendly likeing to Western and past post from Western posts show that there might be more then friendly feelings between the 2.

And recently dealed with the druged the-broadcaster-of-babyls (also known as Warb) and has been found trying to reclaim devicoffee-beans which were taken from them.
The vice-pres is a big intrest to my search for it seems they know something more then the leaves onj the soil, so if anyone finds anymore info, please contant me.

So apparently that family came to the region Babyls is in only with their current generation… before that they were living in a rather far off region… that would explain the fact that they address people in different ways than we usually do
Apparently they came here when the current fourth year student was barely born… I’ve heard that there may have been complicated reasons for the move due to the older sibling of the current fourth year student… I’ve also heard that back when that older sibling was in school calling that family, especially them, “monster” was a lot more common…

Well, mainly a sort of mixed of both and an add-on of the Deceiver trying to blame people for the past he caused. This is more of the Deceiver, somehow seeing something about iruma and then a misunderstanding spirals out of control that leads to him trying to find the truth and from rumours.
(It is still a bit messy to explain, I have a page open for when I can post the spiral and the 'evidence' for his claims)
