Any company Marvin might have had would undoubtedly found it an odd and somewhat jarring posture, but Marvin paid no mind. To them, it was what they found most comfortable in the given moment. They hum, a whirring sound, and mull over the question.

“My fathers wanted me to be a human biologist, and when I was younger it was a passion of mine. But when I went to college, I didn’t find it nearly as interesting as the more advanced omnic biology and engineering classes. That, and it was just much easier for me to do. It came naturally to me.” A pause. “And also...I think I just really want to help people like me. A majority of omnic surgeons are rather cold and treat omnics like piles of metal, and that is not a welcome environment. Surgery requires...a gentle touch, a familiar one. Not to mention how ridiculously expensive it is to pay for most surgeons. What better to do than to just do my own surgeries along with surgery for people who can just pay what they want?”
