Girly I don’t know if you still use this page but if you do - there’s a fic I used to read like 10 years ago and I can’t find it. The main character was Rae and she dated all the boys but I believe she ended up with Niall?? I feel like part of it might have been called taken but I’m having so much trouble finding it. If you know pleaaaase lmk

I did not know I still got asks on this blog I am happy to log back in in hopes of possibly reuniting people with lost fics. Anyone know this one?

There was a Zayn fanfic where the girl (Selena Gomez face claim) was obsessed with him and stalked him for years, but she eventually caves in and wants to pursue him bcuz she’s done watching him senselessly bang a different woman every night and wants that to be her now. I remember her controlling almost every time they met by doing accidental bump ins, and she even made sure to wear coloured contacts bcuz it imitated the same as a girl he was once seriously involved with. Eventually she finds out he’s a dangerous dude and hence the shenanigans begin. Lots of smutty smut ensues throughout. I absolutely adored that fic and it was available on watt for a bit but it disappeared and I forgot the damn name. If it rings a bell, I would be forever grateful to whomever can find it, tysm!!

Hi! Was reminiscing about some of the old fics from the OG site and wondering if anyone knew if they were posted somewhere else? In particular, one I really want to reread was about an OC named Poppy. It was incomplete but the title had something about colors in the title…v helpful I know.

1DFF fics were not backed up anywhere unfortunately, unless the authors themselves reposted them somewhere. You can try the Wayback Machine and see if that gives you any results.

Hopefully someone reading this might know about the fic!

putting this out there, anyone know where I can find or remember the fic born to run by becsenglishrose?? She also "wrote" light up the dark which i know now she plagiarized from someones else. Born to Run was about a girl named Gracie who was one of three sisters that left Homes chapel after she graduated then went to live and asia and got into an accident while over there and the story starts with her coming home. Her family has a history of cancer which killed her mother aunt and now one of her sisters. she meets harry who is now a local business man. let me know if anyone knows of it!

I’m pretty sure it’s been deleted I’m so sorry to tell you, I tried to find it for so long but could not.

Just to make sure we have the same details, I believe the girl was the middle sister and moved away from Holmes Chapel yes I remember her getting into a water related accident that lead to trauma. When she returned to Holmes Chapel she had an MG Roadstar or something like that which was referenced a lot. Harry had a water marine related job she used to call him the water whisperer I think. The girls youngest sister I think was very sick and died(?) and at the end of the fic there was a big flood somewhere and the main girl had to face her fear of water to save people

I really hope it still exists somewhere I liked that fic a lot :(

Day 1: October 24th, a week from Halloween

“You’re stepping on my foot.”

Mags broke herself out of her stupor, visibly shaking her head. She stared at the person the voice belonged to, trying to orient herself and gather her bearings, and saw that it was her coworker, Liam. “Oh,” she murmured apologetically, “Sorry.” She was so exhausted at work, counting down the minutes until her shift was over at the campus bookstore so she could go home and curl up with Pumpkin, the adorable black cat she adopted only a month ago when it was love at first sight. Grad school was a vicious beast that she had yet learned how to slay. She probably hadn’t slept in the last 48 hours, busy with school, work, and occasionally binging B-rated horror movies on Netflix with Pumpkin. In her drowsy state, she couldn’t be held responsible for her actions, like accidentally charging the last customer the wrong price, shelfing the Twilight series under the Biography section, and stepping on her coworker’s foot. She was just so tired.

“Okay? Thanks for apologizing? But you literally haven’t moved. You’re still stepping on my foot!” He pointed at her white sneakers atop his (knock-off) Timberlands.

She gave him a playful glare and replied, “You’re so high-maintenance,” before shifting away from him.

“Okay, well, I just came to tell you I’m headed home a little early,” he paused to eye her with vague concern, “Are you sure you’re okay to close up?”

She snorted, “Does my answer even matter? It’s not like you’re gonna offer to close up for me.”

He grinned good-naturedly, “Yeah you’re right. Makes me feel like less of a dick though.” Putting on his coat and gathering his backpack, he quickly headed for the door as if the devil was chasing him, ignoring the peace sign Mags threw at his retreating figure. Probably eager to go home and chug some beer, or like start a fire, or whatever it was that boys like to do. Mags wouldn’t know. She couldn’t possibly even attempt to understand the male psyche.

Down the Line

Sooo….. I wrote a thing for @1dffchallenges but since the challenge is not happening anymore, I’ve decided to share it here. It is the first piece of writing I’m sharing with anyone, so please, if you have any feedback, I’d love to hear it!

It’s a Niall one-shot, quite sweet and fluffy, so if you’re in a mood for something cute, it might be the perfect read! And let’s be honest, we all need a bit of sunshine in our lives these days.

“Oh. That wasn’t supposed to happen,” was what Lucy thought right after waking up and feeling nothing but cold air on the other side of the bed. It was supposed to be filled with her snoring boyfriend. Niall practically never wakes up before her, unless he absolutely has to. But today he doesn’t, she’s sure about that. It’s Wednesday, the only day when her training didn’t start at unholy hours; at least that’s what Niall considers any time before noon. So it’s the day they’ve been spending their mornings together for the past month, since he’s been working on his new album and she was preparing for a new season. They usually spend those Wednesday mornings either staying in bed for as long as they could, or having breakfast, just the two of them and enjoying those little moments together. That’s how their relationship works after all, taking advantage of every minute they can spend in each other’s company.

She finally opened her eyes and the first thing she saw was a rose on the other pillow. There wasn’t a sign of Niall, but there was a flower and a little note in his place. She reached for the piece of paper with one hand while knuckling at her eyes to wake herself up.
