Elijah frowned slightly. “I’m sorry. Sometimes days are just like that I hear.” He leaned over and kissed Tuck’s cheek, finishing up his chopping with ease. “Oh yeah, it’s pretty amazing…they have food there and you can just go in and get some when you are hungry and don’t know what to do with the fridge full of food.”

Tucker blushed, smiling when he felt that kiss to his cheek. “Yeah, I hope they won’t be too common.” He laughed when Elijah mentioned the fridge full of food, loosely wrapping his arms around Elijah from behind. “Don’t be a meanie~”

“I’m sorry, Daddy. Do you want to talk about it?” He asked, returning the hug. He buried his face against Tuck’s neck, pressing a kiss to his skin before pulling back so he could return to cutting vegetables. “You know…there is this thing…called a cafeteria….they have food…”

“There’s not much to talk about, I’m not sure what specifically caused it or if anything did, I just really wanted a drink. And I was frustrated with myself for not being able to have one.” Tucker smiled at how close Elijah cuddled up to him before that warmth was taken away as Elijah moved to continue to cook. “What?! No way~! Tell me more!” He teased, elbowing him playfully.

Elijah smiled as Tucker came into the kitchen and he set the knife down, wrapping his arms around Tuck. He kissed him happily, smiling as he pulled back slightly. “You smell really good Daddy.” He murmured against his lips before kissing him once more. “are you trying to distract me?”

“I’m not, I promise, I just wanted to look and smell more impressive than I feel today.” He laughed against his lips, hugging him tightly. “It’s just been one of those days, you know? I’m really glad you’re home. I’m starving.”

“Daddy!“ Elijah called out as he walked into the villa, shutting the door behind him, pie in one hand. He went into the kitchen and set it down before opening the fridge, starting to pull out ingredients to make dinner. He decided on a quick stir fry and began to cut up the vegetables. “Come kiss me!”

Tucker was in their room, straightening himself up since he’d just been in the villa moping around all day. He was dying for a drink and Elijah having to work all day definitely didn’t help with it. Getting dressed, he put on a couple sprays of a cologne that Elijah always complimented him on and went out to the other room, instantly scooping Elijah into him arms and kissing him happily. “Don’t mind if I do, baby.”
