Was thinking about Clenny AU’s and remembered about my SoT AU from forever ago. Basic refresher is that Kenny’s parents have cultic connections and gave Clyde a cursed crown of a long-forgotten necromancer that possesses whoever wears it in order to keep him away from Kenny since he wasn’t royalty. Felt inspired for a doodle!

Just a ramble on the thing I haven’t really touched in literal months. Thinking about retconning the entirety of the Clenny HS AU that I’ve done so far and basically reset it cause my mind went full galaxy brain on an idea that’d make more sense and feel more smoother and natural and gushy than them meeting up at the football field and suddenly bonding there. So forget everything, I promise this is better!

So the gist is that Kenny has to go to tutoring to make sure he graduates HS with his gang and sees Clyde is there for tutoring as well. But he quickly finds out Clyde is his tutor and feels like he’s doomed to fail! But Clyde actually helps Kenny find out ways to study for his classes in fun and interesting ways that gets Kenny laughing and gets him interested in schoolwork again? And that Clyde while not being the brightest and smartest he’s hard working and diligent? And Kenny learns that it’s all because his mom told him to always try his best?! That’s when I realized that sure he’s not bright or smart, but he puts in the effort to be good at what he does. I’ve always wanted to explore how we see that Clyde gets student of the month and how he continues to do his schoolwork while people get shot at over the intercom and how his mom is possibly a motivation. Main angst is probably how Kenny has to give up time with his friends to make sure he can be with them after HS is all said and done and them all being snooty and passive aggressive about how Kenny is ignoring and distancing more and more from them (my boy needs more screen time!). End game is that he and Clyde make a new groupie with Bebe, Tweek, and one other person I haven’t talked about or shown yet and they all love and support one another cause I want them all to be happy and feel loved! 

That’s the main summary and it’ll proceed as I originally planned for the plot to go after that, where it becomes Clyde-centric cause I don’t wanna make him like a Mary-Sue, he has his flaws as well. Essentially, the beginning is that Bebe coerces him into getting together and “fake date” in order to boost their chances for the both of them to get Prom King and Queen and to start by making it Facebook official. Then Mark Zuckerberg who is basically a robot/AI comes in and wants to assimilate the entire town of South Park into Facebook, with the help of their top agent Leslie essentially pyramid scheming and forcing people to assimilate with her. Eventually Kenny, Clyde, Bebe and Tweek meet up and join forces to take down Leslie through an elaborate but ridiculously stupid plan where half of it is pure improv. Then Leslie starts to humanize and break down in emotions and has to make a choice. Spilling all the beans cause I am not too confidant I’ll get the time and energy to finish this at the rate I’m going. Also cause the art is just so inconsistent and I hope to make it better with what I know now, ugh. Maybe not now, but when I feel more comfortable and got the spare time. When it’s all done, I hope to just draw the gang interacting with each other and having fun as they finish high school. SO! Here’s a WIP with what I’m planning! And sorry if I spoiled the whole plot, but if you’re still reading I hope you’ll like the visuals of what I’ve got planned!
