ghost wasnt the biggest fan of swimming. he rarely had time for it and the idea of splashing around didnt scream fun to him. however, you, his beautiful and amazing partner, loved swimming. so naturally, when the temperatures started creeping up, you flocked to the pool with your friends. swimming around for hours and even taking some time to sunbathe.

unfortunately, in your quest for refreshing summer fun, you forgot to protect yourself from the sun. without sunscreen, you got a pretty nasty sunburn and unfortunately it's his problem now... he has to kiss it better and soothe you, unless he wants you to sleep faced away from him, refusing any contact because of how much it hurts.

you and ghost text a lot. not like anything serious or even real conversations, you two just like having reminders that you're both still alive and kicking. Sometimes he'll send you a picture of a bug or blurry picture of whatever they were serving that day. maybe a bad joke if you're lucky. whenever you're really bored you'd send him some sort of punctuation with an arrow pointing at it and it's name. he doesn't understand why but it's nice getting the notification. it's become a small inside joke between you.

going shopping with ghost snd using price's card. you can go to store to store getting whatever you'd like because you have all the money you need and muscle to hold everything you buy. Ghost is holding all the bags with one hand and yours with the other while price is hard at work, glancing over whenever he's notified of another purchase. and then at the end of the day you end up cuddled between them. yay.

He loves them but he can't let you know that so he'll just grumble about it or make fun of it while he's putting his arm around you and whatever. all his complaining and heckling didn't do much to hide it though... you caught him muttering the lyrics to bet on it to himself and he can't talk himself out of that one.

ghost has never had a good nights sleep. he's never had the chance. obviously he expected the first night with you to be no different... you had a nice full dinner and watched a bad romcom and eventually it was time to get ready fpr bed. which... he wasn't even sure he could fit on your bed. it was a pretty decently sized bed but. it had like. five million stuffed animals, blankets, and pillows on there, perfectly arranged to have a you-shaped gap in there.

When you came back from the bathroom, you pushed ghost into bed, carefully rearranging a few stuffed animals before cuddling up to him and hooooly shit was it cozy. and warm. and also he doesn't remember what happened after that because he passed out and woke up at noon still cuddled up to you;.

Ghost stares down at the tiny plush in his hand, as if it personally killed his family "the fock is this?"

"It's you, si!!" You smile, hands curling around his until he grasps the plush firmer. "It's mimikyu! The pokemon!"

Ghost looks between his hands and you, eyes narrowed under his skill mask. He rumbles in that low, trying to be soothing but not quite able to way "i think you got scammed, love. Pikachu has arms. And legs."

You laugh, miss the way ghost goes soft and warm at the sound, and point back at the plushie "no, it's a new Pokémon! It hides under a little disguise it built, but people still think it looks scary...a little like someone I know..."

"...It's supposed to be me. Yer a real mean bird," ghost grumbles, and you fully expect him to toss the plushie into a bag or pocket. Instead, he takes the clip it's attached to and puts it on his belt. Ghost squints in amusement at your expression "wot? You gave it to me. I'm keepin' him."

From then on, ghost an mimikyu are inseparable. No, he doesn't care that people do a double-take seeing him carrying around a little cartoon character, it's a gift from you and ghost treats it like one. Sure, next you see him mimikyu is oddly discolored, as if thoroughly scrubbed of blood, but you just laugh and say "Awe! He's battleworn! Just like my big guy, hm?"

The first time an enemy tries to take the plush from ghost, price has to pull strings to get any and all footage redacted. Yikes.

ghost is observant. he knows his partner well and he picks up on the underlying tenseness.. so naturally. he has to fix it in thebest way he knows how. he ushers you to his bed before crushing you under his weight... and also his weighted blanket. and you feel your head getting warm and fuzzy and you actually relax for once in a lonh time....

you and ghost make out a lot. everywhere. it doesn't matter. he loves you and thats that. one thing to note is that you two make out very super intensely... so intensely in fact. that/ youre pretty sure ghost just broke your nose and he has to escort you to the infirmary or. something. id ont know. and also he feels really bad so he tries to stop kissing you but thats even worse.
