in a few days i'll be officially older than liam and it breaks my heart to think about how much life he still had to live.

i miss him so much it hurts and i don't know if i'll ever stop missing or mourning him.

a year went by so fast but at the same time it feels like it happened yesterday, i can still remember the shock of reading the news, i felt like i couldn't breathe and everything around me started to spin, but i was at work, i had to look after my students and smile like everything was completely normal. my friends were messaging me to make sure i was ok, i was holding back my tears since my shift was almost over and i was wishing it was a bad joke. but it wasn't.

and ever since my life hasn't been the same, it's the first time someone i love so much passed away grief is weird. grieving someone you've never personally met, (but at the same time you feel so connected to that person you feel like you are soulmates), but you love them more than you love some of your relatives. it hurts bad.

i try to relocate this pain into to living my life to the fullest, to being unapologetically happy and to doing what i want whenever i want. i do it for liam and i owe this to myself. so everyday when i'm getting ready for the day i look at my arrows tattoo and think "let's do this! another day of being happy and being thankfull for the life that i have". liam's always with me and it's gonna be like this forever 🤍
