We know next to nothing about them. Masa refuses to explicitly state who it is, so until more viable information is uncovered, it seems that all we can do is speculate.

Personally, I'm leaning toward the idea that this is the Vengeful Spirit (i.e., Onibi) of one of the characters portrayed by Miku in another song from the series, but... I can't even begin to guess which lady that would be.

Hello! these days I've been listening to the songs of masa, but I have a question. The onigumo song belongs to the kitsune wedding song or is it just a song that has no chronology?

Yes, the songs are connected. "The Spider and the Kitsune-Like Lion" is first in the chronology, and "The Fox’s Wedding" happens immediately after it.
