At this point I'm over a year behind on coloring + posting these monthly sketchbook posts but I feel its important to keep up the habit even if slow.

Emi and Shikyou confess to Koishi at like 2:00 AM idk I forgot (It literally says 1:30 in the vid and I was eating my dinner at that time 😰)

Also two days before Flandre asked out Koishi and two other people interrupted her and Koishi went out with no one, and a couple of minutes later Koishi fell in love with Flandre and I KID YOU NOT LITERALLY TWO MINUTES LATER STOPPED LIKING HER! Because she wouldn't stop yapping about my pet betta fish mimi🐟

Happy Birthday Spectre!!!!

I had a lot of fun putting this together and I put a lot of time into it so I'm glad I like the outcome asdfjkl I've even got a time-lapse for it I was planning on sharing oooooooh

Penny didn't need legs and I jumped at the opportunity

Then Cosmo I didn't add her little power/energy floaty cause it too would be hidden

I am so weak for Dusk and Cosmo they are best friends and I love them

I think Penny and Cinders would be fast friends and probably get too loud too fast lmao

I wanted each of Funky's characters to be interacting with at least one of mine, to make it vibe like a party yk

The theme is black and periwinkle bc that's spectre's favorite colors:)

Prism and Flare are also besties interdimensional siblings (2/3rds anyways lmao) I love them so much and they might be the only ones who noticed that Nebby is chilling on the ceiling

Mari LOVES meeting others who have connections to the Master Emerald and typically flocks to them so Funky's Emerald now has a mini-me for the rest of the party! and Ah's face is killing me they're so cute...

I don't know why but I thought Diamond would really vibe with Topaz, they seem similar and might have similar back stories but Diamond always makes my Emerald go with him bc she's terrible at socializing so topaz gets my twins

My Emerald is super anxious about being there but she at least remembered to bring a present for spectre bc Diamond did not

Background:) floating shadow and espio with their bitty baby Onibi, and the food table I spent too much time on for something you can't see anything on it

The parents are leaving to let the teens have some privacy but they'll be back to replenish snacks and help cut the cake! They're also trying to keep the little siblings (onibi and ghost) from getting into the party- they're flirting too much to realize ghost has already crashed the party<3
