the amount of people in the general op fandom who reduce hiyori down to, essentially, a love interest for zoro when she proves herself to be a strong woman time and time again just has me like

komurasaki exists for wano's prosperity alone. it's a role she slips into for her people and her country, to give them beauty and hope instead of despair, just as much as it is her own means to an end. komurasaki swindles her clients, the very people destroying wano, actively choosing to portray herself as a cold and greedy woman that steals their money so she can pass that money back to her people who need it

idk if i could actually make it happen, but from the moment i decided to pull kureha into op, i've had this vision in my head of her joining sukiyaki to lead law and robin down to the poneglyph on wano. does she know anything about the poneglyph itself or how to read it? no, but she's one of few people left who remembers ancient wano for what it was ( as one of its nobility who was cast away hundreds of years ago ). idk i just love the idea of her explaining ancient wano's history and its eventual fall into the sea
