NEW SONG!
Another Tobuscus song, this time it's a cover of the Diamond Sword song.
This could also be called "Ice-Cream Sandwich Milk Shake", but that's a completely different story.

A bit of 80s horror movie inspired dark wavey electro. Typically, I'll have an idea for a game/series/something and make a theme song for it to further inspire me and keep me moving with the idea (which never really goes anywhere until I know I can actually do it). This is one of those songs. Download: http://www.mediafire.com/?vjwzjcauabaaboz
The Case for Building Instead of Picking
Most platforms hand you a menu of premade characters. SweetDream hands you a blank canvas. You're not picking from someone else's imagination, you're building from your own, looks and personality and voice and history all the way down.
That's the purpose that makes it worth it. The companion you end up with feels personal because she literally is. And thanks to the quality of the chat and the visuals, the person you imagined is the person who shows up at sweetdream.ai.
Description:
The Umibōzu are gargantuan Yōkai (creatures of Japanese folklore) that roam the seas and shipwreck fishermen. Some say they are drowned priests, due to their shaven heads and how they typically appear to be praying. They are usually reported as having grey, cloud-like torsos and serpentine limbs. The Umibōzu are typically depicted with only their giant heads exposed above the water, peering down at helpless boats.

Would have had this finished weeks ago, but I um...was attacked by android schoolgirl aliens. Yup.
Quick Noodle waifu~
More blog renovations~
I'm screwing around with my blog again (don't worry, I won't get it pregnant). It's been looking a bit barren as of late, so I'll be putting up stuff like a vlog widget (because everyone totally watches those), links to my t-shirts (because I totally have more than one up right now), and...other stuff that I can't think of right now. So, if you stop by anytime soon and wonder why things are looking like the ass of an Amnesia Grunt...um...then you'll know why.
...Who compares blogs to Grunt asses. That's very obscure. But I mean, c'mon. Lookadis.
Dat ass.
Quick character concept. Think I've posted her before.
...And I think I got her jacket colour wrong....I'm very good at remembering my own characters, y'see.
That gif I was trying to make still won't save properly, so instead I haphazardly tossed it, some sound effects, and some Lustmord into Premiere. Also added a few effects.
Been trying to test the waters regarding what I can and can't make with the resources I currently have (someone, give me a new computer). Eventually I want to do longer, higher-quality animations. Y'know, ones that don't just loop over and over. XD
Anyway. Enjoy if you want.
I'm selling t-shirts and stuff on Redbubble now!
Description:
Have you ever felt a sudden sense of foreboding, where the hairs on the back of your neck stand up and you feel a chill creep down your spine? Now you can give other people this feeling while you stand behind them with this shirt on! Summon the power of this ghost and you’ll get all the uncomfortable silences you need.
Disclaimer: I am not responsible for any curses placed upon those who stare at this for too long.

Another one that was supposed to go on my next album but I realized it clashes a lot with the rest of the album and doesn't belong on the album at all so I didn't put it on the album. SO HERE YA GO I HOPE YOU LIKE. Album.

Footage from Jigoku Shoujo~
Greetings! If you follow me, you'll know that I'm the concept artist and one of the musicians working on Tuttle's Legendary Travels (テイジDASH~不思議で壮大な大冒険~), a Megaman Legends fan-game run by Blyka and fAB of Blyka's Door and Legends Station, respectively.
The game follows Tuttle (an eccentric character seen in The Misadventures of Tron Bonne/トロン二個分) as he searches for legendary treasure across various islands while battling pirates, fighting reaverbots, going on side-missions, and experiencing the world of the Megaman Legends all fans have grown to adore.
The game creation is often added to by the amazing Legends Station community through Events (Similar to the events seen in the Megaman Legends 3 Dev Room!), like designing reaverbots to putting personalities to characters to making exhibits for a museum. Getting input from Megaman Legends fans is the best way to make a Megaman Legends fan-game, y'know! And everyone can follow the game's progress via the development blog.
Aside from community input, there are also positions you can take in the main staff, if you feel you have the nuts and bolts to do it! And that's the reason for this post, of course. What we're currently in need of is more staff! If you can do at least one of the following then we would love to have you join our team:
(Taken directly from the official site)
Japanese Language Assistants
Translation (Greatly Needed)
While most of the project goes at its own pace, getting Japanese text ready for our Events is a time-sensitive issue, as is translating any entries we may receive. It would be nice if we weren't relying on one man to handle it all, so we very much hope to bring in more people who can assist with Japanese translating. Additionally, for those who may be interested in working at a more ready and relaxed paced task, we would also like to see the entire TLT website (excluding the massive Development Blog) translated eventually.
Correspondence (Greatly Needed)
Have Japanese language skills but aren't interested in doing translation work? We also need people to help TLT reach out to the Japanese audience. We want to let Japan know we're here and that they're welcome to come and be a part of this project, particularly when Events are running. If you know Japanese and can help spread the word to relevant people and communities in Japan, we'd love to hear from you!
2D Artists
Model Textures (Greatly Needed)
There will be a continual need for texture artists throughout the game's progression, as there will be hundreds of 3D models in the finished game and not all modelers are as talented in 2D as they are in 3D. Keeping with the game's established style is naturally a must.
Environment Concept Artwork (Needed)
Before we can bring our environments to life in 3D, we need architecture designs in 2D to work from. We are very interested in hearing from imaginative artists who can sketch up quick but quality artwork of buildings and locations in the Legends art style.
Promotional Artwork (Will Be Needed)
There's concept art for planning out how things are going to look, and then there are polished pieces that we'll want before long for promoting the game and to use as "box art" (stuff along these lines). We won't be needing such artwork until more elements of the game have reached their final designs, but if you have the ability to create the sort of epic pieces we're looking for, there's certainly no harm in letting us know you're interested for when the time comes.
3D Modelers
Character Models (Needed)
There will be a number of characters that require models in this game, particularly NPCs. Characters need to be Legends styled and stay relatively low in polygon count. See existing models for examples.
Animations (Will Be Needed)
We are not in dire need of animators yet, but as more and more models come together, many of them will require animations ranging from simple to quite complex. If you are interested in helping with this aspect, feel free to let us know.
Musicians
Arrangers (Mildly Needed)
We do not intend on using any music ripped directly from the existing Legends games, so we will need people to re-create those themes with new arrangements. In most cases we will not want the new arrangements to be drastically different from the originals.
Composers (Mildly Needed)
This game will feature original themes as well as pre-existing tracks. New compositions must sound like they fit in with the Legends style and adequately convey the mood or scenario assigned.
Sound Effects (Will Be Needed)
Eventually we will want some new sound effects for the game. Not a high priority just now though.
If you are interested in any of these positions, have a passion for Megaman Legends, and can emulate the Legends style then we'd love to hear from you. E-mail the dudes in charge with some samples of your work (or language skills!), and they'll see if you'd be a good addition to the staff. If you aren't interested, but know anyone who would be, send them our way!
宜しくお願いします!
Gifs are lazy douchebags that eat all of my chocolates
Alright, so I've been fiddling about with various grimoirs and ancient tomes and several versions of the Necronomicon and I still can't figure out how to save this new animation. Maybe if I turned it into a movie instead of a gif, but it's far too short to warrant that...I dunno, I'll keep working on it.
I'm gonna start on a new animation while finishing that one up. Hopefully this one can save properly. Also, I've still got work to do on that other art piece I posted, which I've been putting off for days.
Until I finish those up, you can look at my recent vlog over and over again until you vomit. Though you might vomit within the first few minutes of watching it. And the last few minutes, which tend to get confusing for non-confusing individuals. And probably just during the whole video, actually.
Anyway, I'll be over here on my other blogs posting creepy shit as usual...I really need to write something new for Obakeblog...Maybe something on the Xiao Gui...
OH BOY, HAVEN'T DONE ONE OF THESE IN A WHILE. Do things finally get interesting? Will more than 3 people watch this? Will I grow legs out of my ass? PROBABLY NOT. But we live in a world filled with endless possibilities.
Also, check out that thumbnail. The derp must flow.
That awkward moment when you press "Publish" instead of "Answer privately". Well, WHEN LIFE GIVES YOU LEMONS.
...That doesn't even work in this context.
I totally would have had a new animation up since about a week ago, but there's a bit of feces caught in the windmill.
Doin' a good job at the things, CS6. You should do stand-up and/or die forever.
I read that it's probably a memory problem, but...my memory has been decent enough to make several other gifs.
In any case, if any of you guys could buy me a new computer, or at least give me $1000, that'd be greeaaat. Thanks in advance.
(It does make a pretty sweet background for my blog, if I so do say mahself)
Quick something I did for a little art exchange with a friend of mine. He wanted something with a shotgun.
(Someone, tell me how to draw guns properly)
Finally working on a full art piece again, after what seems like 500 years. Seems like all I've been doing lately has been concept art.
Anyway, I'm well past these two points; just felt like showing the earlier stages. I'll be bringing it into PS after I colourize her to add the background and touch-ups...And probably, y'know, blood everywhere.
