Restricted . Terror . Punishment Eight Of Swords My last submission for the Silent Hill Tarrot project by @sameasthem Valtiel NEVER gets enough love IMO and I hope they give him (them?) the glowup he deserves in a eventual remake.

Valtiel was surprisingly hard to draw, and I'm not sure if I'm entirely proud of his head especially, but I'm trying to fight my perfectionist tendency.
