you can do it. just keep going thru this. yes, you want to keep going. the world is bigger than you think. do anything. anything that doesn't cause death or harm. or nothing, meditate. but that's something, and it's great. but do anything, it's worth it. get through the moment. yeah the problem might still be there, so will the weight, but you'll be stronger, you're lifting the mental weight, pretty soon it'll be easy to carry.
