The sun spider is known for its great speed and powerful jaw. Oddly enough, sun spiders, which are also called wind scorpions or camel spiders, are neither spiders nor scorpions. They belong to the order Solifugae, a group of fast-moving, highly specialized arachnids which is a classification all of its own they arenāt scorpions as they donāt have stingers and they arenāt spider as they donāt web at all but tunnel and they donāt have the same fangs as true spiders or tarantula do they have two mandibles that act like a hack saw and in the middle of the two mandibles is its mouth part it eats its prey with what do you think I caught this one wild Iāll post another clip of them eating
