musicals 1-3 softsubs

so in the past two months or so there’s been a slight influx of ppl asking for the softsubs to the first three saiyuki musicals, so i figured it’s easiest if i just post them here.

hello thanks for subtitling saiyuki live stage^^ but do you have subtitle file for saiyuki live stage 3? and can you upload it?

here you go. unfortunately, the only subs i still have on my computer aren’t finalized. there are a couple lines untranslated from the curtain call, and these don’t match up to raw that my hardsubs are synced to, so you might need to mess with the timing, depending on which version of the raw you’ve got.

I don't know if it really matters, but I thought I'd let you know that the download for the first Saiyuki musical doesn't seem to work any longer. Also, thank you very much for your hard work on subbing these musicals. : )

unfortunately, i switched laptops a while back and no longer have the files. :/ if anyone wants a download specifically, i can rip the separate parts off youtube and combine them, but the quality will suffer even more than it already has.

sup, ya’ll. two and a half years later, here’s another musical.

these are still translated from chinese subs - the chinese subs i had were for a different day of the musical than my raw video, so i had to leave the curtain call unsubbed. the vast majority of the rest of it should be fine (not that i would actually know for sure, i guess). please forgive any and all mistakes.

This has been a very long time in the making, but I wanted to get this done right. So here it is, the complete compiled “Saiyuki on Twitter” as translated by the wonderful lunosamentelunitoo and edited by yours truly. Special thanks go out to befanini “smills47” from Live Journal and Toko-chan from “Kinzan Universe” for helping with the proofreading and beta. I’ll be working on a Spanish translation. Ironically, a third Saiyuki musical has been announced for the next year only a few days ago. It seems like the gods didn't listen to your prayers... :/

so this…took a lot longer than expected. distractions included: school, life, commander erwin smith, and the fact this musical is actually really bad.

quick recap: i don't know japanese, but since it's been so long i figured a translation from chinese -> english would be better than nothing at all. please forgive all mistakes, translation or otherwise. if anyone finds any glaring errors, please do let me know.
