Sooo...

this month has not be great for me. Recent events have lead me to decide that I'm taking a break from social media.

Ink in the Ichor will not be updated until I decide to come back, as to not put more stress on myself. It's become a sore subject for me given the source of it's inspiration.

I might still post the occasional spideyhood sketch but aside from that I'll be offline the majority of the time.

THE WALT FAMILY! ✨🍿🎭

First up let's show her older siblings!

Mickey mouse! New owner of the Walt theater! A family business! Because of the ink plague and how depressive things have gotten because of it. The Walt family theater was made to bring joy to everyone. Bring joy to the kids who also infected. He does quite a lot of work to make sure this business runs smoothly, it isn't easy but he still loves the company! However he is growing more stressed....

Oswald rabbit! He was the one who originally started the Walt family theatre and performed as a magician. But because of current...family matters. He stepped aside and now the company is owned by Mickey. However he is still there to lend a helping hand. But right now there are more important things he has to worry about. Especially his many children...

Next let's show their cousin and his kids!

Julius cat! Preforms as a comedian for the theatre! He also works as an organizer of the group. Tends to be a little worrisome especially of his kids who are ...wild...loves to write funny jokes for his stand up comedian. It always makes him happy that he can make others laugh!

(fun fact! Julius was actually a irl forgotten Disney character created in 1922!)

Now lastly!!! Julius's dear children!

Yes it's the warner siblings! Yakko! Wakko! And dot!

They also work for the family theatre but not as much as the adults but have a great time doing it! They do enjoy performing on stage and causing mischief! Yakko practices instruments and singing fast pace songs! Wakko preforms with yakko sometime but also is great at doing tricks! He even wants to take up magic like Oswald! And lastly Dot! The most adorable little girl ever! Absolutely loves singing and assisting in performances. Even likes to help with the pets who also perform on stage!

And here's miss Beatrice! In her preformer outfit! She dances and does hula hoop tricks. Does her best to help Mickey with extra work. She's been wanting to work on the stage since she was a child when the business first started.

Of course this isn't everyone in the family and we haven't even gotten into the other employees of the theatre and some things are still being fixed up a little! For now this is just the main family! All workers also wear the company pin!

Smaller but you get the idea! We decided a theatre would be more fitting for them instead of a circus like the og au! Took some inspiration from the muppet movie for this!

Some new additions!!

I created a blog (@ink-in-the-ichor) to concentrate all info about this au! ... and maybe just to clear out the feed of the people who followed me for spideyhood lmao

Originally this was just meant to be a redesign of the BABTQFTIM designs... but I got attached, then my friends got attached, and this might've became a whole AU... (ᵕ—ᗜ—)

I'm sure that it's obvious from some that their roles have changed.

Not sure if it'll actually go anywhere, I definitely still have a lot I need to iron out in both characters and story, but if I like where I take it and can bear showing it to people, maybe!

(Some quick context: BABTQFTIM was an ask blog from 2017 that was basically a giant crossover between a lot of classic cartoon and rubberhose characters. Some modern characters were featured as well. In this world they had a deadly disease called "Ink Illness" in which the only cure was the Ink Machine. The machine was hidden away for whatever reason and the main cast had to find it.)

I MUST WARN ANYONE WHO GOES TO LOOK AT THE ORIGINAL BLOG, THE CREATOR IS KNOWN TO BE PROMLEMATIC!!! Please do some research on "Thegreatrouge" before looking through their stuff. This video goes over a lot of the controversies.

Boris is 17! So, no. He would try and argue that he's *almost* a legal adult, but, alas, he is not.

There'd really only be one other character in the main cast that he could be shipped with (keeping morals intact, at least), but I haven't gotten around to cleaning up her redesign yet.
