Watching the summoner fly out the door after ordering him to not move, Zelos decided that it had only been a suggestion. He looked around the room before laying down off to the side of the room, on his back. It hadn’t been the first time Sheena didn’t have enough time to chat with him in one of his surprise visits so he wasn’t all too surprised. However, that didn’t exactly curb his boredom as he lay there on the wooden floor.

As time passed, the Chosen had managed to roll around towards the center of the room, his hair going off in all directions on the floor. It had been at least a few hours since the ninja had left him and wondered if he should go off looking for her. Despite his love for antagonizing Sheena in his own strange way, he opted to stay on the ground, waiting for her long trip to end back with him.

"Oh, you’re finally back… Took you long enough. I could’ve wasted away while you were gone!" He propelled himself into sitting upright again and patted the spot on the floor next to him with a bright smile. There was definitely something off with Sheena and maybe it would’ve been better of him to try and help her rather than irritate her. Of course this help would come with a certain amount of the same arrogant behaviors he was so used to- but there would be less of it.

"I didn’t really want anything, actually~ I can’t pay a visit to my number one hunny~? Come on- how come you’re more irritated than usual~?"

She sat up or at least attempted to, as she covered her mouth letting out a furious cough, answering the red head. "I'm trying to run a village, and I believe that I'm coming down with a fever or something.." She went closer to the former chosen resting her head onto his lap. "You should understand how hard this is sir flirts-a-lot, afterall when you get sick you can't be around your most precious 'hunnies', besides since I'm generally your nurse when you get sick I think it's your time to take care of me."

Sheena nuzzled her self closer to him yawning a little. "N-now stay right there a-and I won't hurt you o-okay?" She spoke between big yawns shutting her eyes after giving out a deep sigh of relief.

Reid had just finished delivering some materials for a request before he decided to take a little rest. He was still new to this town so he would have to explore it a little, even if it was a small town, he noticed some benches near a fountain that would be perfect for Reid to catch his breath for a bit. He had not noticed the woman next to him until she asked him a question.

'Oh, hi. Sorry i've just been busy all day, I just needed to rest a little. I'm Reid, Reid Hershel.'

Sheena was sitting by the fountain at the town of luin a glass of orange juice in her hand as she drank it she heard someone walking towards her. "Hmm? Need something?" She asked the person that had sat down next to her.

"Yes, ma’am." The Chosen answered sarcastically as she hurried across the room again and again. Blue eyes trailed behind her and watching closely as she seemed to be quite stressed. Ever since she became the chief, it had been harder and harder to catch Sheena in a good state of mind. It wasn’t fear of Sheena that kept him in his place, it was the dread of getting a hard one to the face. Those were never pleasant.

Zelos hunched over, letting his hair reach towards the ground as he placed his hands on his hips. “Your bad day is showing, hunny. Feel like talking about it~?” His smile held a slight tinge of smugness to it as he continued to watch her, making sure she wasn’t getting ready for a punch. “All that built up stress can’t be good when you don’t talk to your beloved Chosen about it, ya know.”

"No Zelos I don't want to talk about it." The Village leader found the talisman she had been looking for giving a sigh of relief. "Alright found these sneaky things, Now I need to head to the siju's to bless their child, and then to set these up on the town shrine, I'll be back in a bit. DON'T MOVE!"

The raven haired woman burst out the door, hoping to get there before the new born had arrived into the world, a good few hours pass as sheena comes back, falling flat on her face, breathing heavily. Falling on to the floor her face was red as if she had caught something. "Now, w-what do you need Z-zelos."

Breaking the Norm

On some impulse decision that the young man had no recollection of making, he soon found himself at the entrance to a familiar village. Looking around, most of the villagers were quite surprised that he had deigned to visit their hidden settlement. However, most have figured that every time Tethe’alla’s Chosen of Mana came to their village, it was the visit his old friend.

Typically when Zelos came to visit, the summoner would be outside going about her daily tasks. She would always get so irritated every time he interrupted her ever-so important work which- to the Chosen- just seemed to be chores. The scarlet man wandered the quiet village, keeping both eyes open for Sheena. However, doubt that she was even around crept into his mind as time went by without any sight of the girl.

Resorting to his last area to search, Zelos knocked on the door that he had quickly figured out was Sheena’s. Without waiting for a response, the Chosen barged in to find the summoner standing in the middle of the room. While there was something a bit off just by looking at her, Zelos decided to approach her and invade the personal space with valued so much.

"Surprise!" An arm was thrown around the younger woman’s shoulders and he pulled her into his side. "Please contain your excitement, Sheena! I know it’s always exciting to get paid a visit by me…" Of course he knew that these meetings weren’t exactly things she looked for but her could at least still consider them pretty close. Even with his slip-ups, Zelos managed to keep some sort of tie to the summoner. "Did ya miss me~?"

As if things weren't annoying enough, this asshat comes along and makes things 10 times worse. Talisman were no where to be found, a new treaty of sorts was gonna be signed, and on top of that one of the villagers recently had a child which she needed to bless, given her status in the village. "DAMMIT ZELOS I'M NOT IN THE MOOD!" Sheena was stressed, and tired. She ran all over the small house.  Searching for her various cards.

"Just Stay where you are, be quiet and maybe I won't punch in your face in." It was one of those days definitely She was fond of the redhead, however at the same time he was somewhat a pest. Showing up late, or at the worst possible times, his uncanny ability to catch her on a bad day was almost as terrible as hers to fall into a trap.
