Three months ago we saw this angels Grace Ashcroft and Emily Ashcroft for the first time 🤍🪽

Its kinda funny how in Wrenwood first thing Grace sees is DulveBeer the beer jack was drinking in re7 I wonder did she saw this sign and her mind wondered to the times when she was still a kid asking Alyssa about the case and and doing her own research

As a way to forget about going to the hotel Grace can still remember Alyssa working on an article about people going missing in dulvey louisiana and how she bothered her about more info on the case she also shared her own thoughts about it to Alyssa from paranormal things to government conspiracy Alyssa couldn't do anything but smile but also in her mind anything could be possible she herself survived Raccoon city and uncovered scandals maybe Grace was on to something after all but not wanting to scare Grace with any biohazard related things she only brushed it off and said that everything could be explained rationally but at the end of the day Grace had her own truth and Alyssa could only admire her imagination

I think people don't talk about how Grace put Emily safety above everything else including Grace own life. First she safely escorted her to the puzzle and when she heard that danger is coming she locked Emily in the safe room and put herself on the first line

The only reason something happen to Emily in care centre was because she didn't know the girl had regeneration abilities (and later when things were out of her control) beside that she did everything to keep her safe and even after Marie captured Emily she immediately decided

To go help her she knows that Leon is still around but she still decided to go herself because there was no time to waste she saw what Marie is capable of so every second counts. And after going thru horror she did it she saved Emily all by herself

And after that Grace made her mission to safely escape with Emily still not fully knowing what Emily is or why she is here but it didn't matter for Grace the only thing that matter was Emily safety even when all hell broke loose she still wanted to be next to her

and comfort her the same way Alyssa comforted Grace (thru holding hands) after the crash and meeting Leon Grace was desperately looking for an exit but all she found was Marie again and to protect Emily she decided to face her fully knowing that shadows are Marie ally She still decided to leave Emily safely in the light and herself go in to the dark to face Marie one last time. Grace went to a war with B.O.W to protect Emily for a girl she knows for an hour thats what you call love and protection to the end Ashcroft family 🤍 [6/6]

The more I think about how Grace got a job at FBI it makes me more sad becasue after Alyssa death she didn't had any family to go so she most definitly was in FBI custody this whole time (similar to Sherry or Rose and hound wolf squad) so thru this time maybe they saw she knows a thing or two mainly becasue of Alyssa and her job as a reporter Grace picked up a few things that would help her write reports etc and FBI seeing this offerd her a training and later a job and this is probably the most innocence scenerio

but I belive that their intantions weren't 100% pure becasue you see they didn't know why Alyssa got killed they only knew that Alyssa was a reporter that was known for uncovering scandals for example Raccoon city Zoo smuggling protected plants so FBI thought that Alyssa was on to something big and this is why She and Grace were on the run they could think that this case could involved someone from the goverment or some other "big fish" and we know that FBI and gov is mostly corrupted so it would be in their interest to keep this under the carpet after Alyssa death only Grace could know if Alyssa knew something so as a way of keeping Grace quiet they offerd her a job to keep her close and to ensure Grace one day won't try to expose corrupton inside FBI or goverment or whatevery Alyssa was on to they made sure to let her know that without them she isn't safe that they are her only safty net so she should think twice before doing anything "stupid" and if she does she may end up like Alyssa

but still for my the saddest scenario is the one where it was connections plan to offer her a job because after hotel incident they stared to infiltrate FBI to check on Grace it was also their idea to offer her a job so they can keep spying on her they gave Grace a couple of years to make peace with Alyssa death so she will be more willing to co-operate with them when Grace accepted the job they started to plan their operation planed a body inside the hotel and make sure Grace will be the one who goes there and we know the rest from requiem

I love light usage in this art on the right you have white light and on the left above the teddy bear the light is more yellow and yellow is warmer colour and is often associated with happiness I wonder if its intentional to show that Emily is Grace happiness 💛

I need to know if this concept art was after or before requiem because if before then imagine if this teddy bear was gift from Alyssa when Grace was still a kid and later after requiem Grace gave it to Emily 🤍

The teddy bear was a gift from Alyssa to Grace when she was a kid and when they started moving Alyssa took it with her because she also was attached to this cute bear but it was also a memento from Grace childhood after hotel incident this bear was one of the few things Grace took with her and when she moved to her place she placed it somewhere save maybe near her bed she associated it with Alyssa and her warming motherly presence but also with her love. After spending time with Emily in the hospital she realized she's in the same spot Alyssa was years ago but she's now in Alyssa spot and Emily in hers when looking at Emily she even recalled one of Spencer quotes about her "she was alone in this world" and decided she won't let Emily be alone and after taking her in she gave the teddy bear to Emily so she also will associate it with her love for her and as a reminder that Emily is no longer alone it will serve as a reminder of their Mother-daughter relationship just like years before with Alyssa and Grace

I don't understand the "Zeno is useless because he didn't had a boss fight and dies in the cutscene" well guess what Wesker in re1 was literally the same apart from lisa trevor boss fight (Chris only) he only appears in the cutscenes and later dies in one

And when be comeback in code veronica and re5 and re5 lost in nightmares he became the best villain in the series for me re9 is only a beginning of Zeno character the fact that they said outright that Zeno is a clone and at the end we can see soldiers retrieving something potentially he's head to transfer consciousness to another body makes me think that Zeno coming back in re10 isn't of the cards. I get the disappointment of not fighting him in re9 but still there is potential for great villain

I know how this gonna sound but Grace apparently being 25 (2000-2001) according to Nakanishi doesn't make sense and I know how this sounds "why author thinks he knows everything" but hear me out if that video where Grace is a baby is set in 2000-2001 Spencer dies in 2006 so Nakanishi wants me to believe that Alyssa saw once some random child and after not seeing her for five-six years (in letter from Patrick he say "perhaps you remember me" so its not like she was visiting Spencer and Grace outside interview) decided to adopt her and also how Spencer managed to hide Grace from Victor and everyone else who was obsessed with elpis for six years (also what was happening with Grace where she was) first mention of Grace in Victor's notes is in 2004 and in that note he says the organization was able to get me the child's medical records so I assume like everyone else that the date in question is realted to her birth. But where I am going with this everything in game (in universe) pinpoints to her being from 2004 so why should I care about some random Nakanishi dm because he didn't even bother to say this in any interview or make a post about it because he was too busy with answering questions about Leon ring and when hopefully next game with Grace is created then director of that game will probably go with 2004 because why he/she should care about random Nakanishi dm
