âHe was?â Juliet asked quietly as a smile crept onto her face, I think I would have been a daddyâs girl, no offense.â
âNone taken. I always kind of expected it, you were a daddyâs girl even in the womb.â

âHe was?â Juliet asked quietly as a smile crept onto her face, I think I would have been a daddyâs girl, no offense.â
âNone taken. I always kind of expected it, you were a daddyâs girl even in the womb.â
laurynmichaelsâ:
âIt has, but itâs shown me exactly what I want in life.â
âWhat is that, if you donât mind me asking?â
laurynmichaelsâ:
âI donât know Iâve had a pretty interesting life so far and it hasnât really gotten me anywhere.â
âItâs given you experiences. Thatâs gotta count for something.â
julietcharlestonâ:
âI mean if you want to tell me about him Iâd love to know what he thought when you guys were expecting me.â
âIâll tell you about him. Itâs okay. Whatever you want to know.â She promised with a small smile, âhe was so excited when we found out about you.â
laurynmichaelsâ:
âBoring sounds pretty entertaining to me at this point honestly.â
âPeople only ever say that until theyâre bored, though.â
julietcharlestonâ:
âI just donât want to make you sad talking about him. Although I want every story about him that I can get.â
âItâs not a bad sort of sadness, itâs more...bittersweet. But I donât ever want to be the reason you donât know about your dad.â
laurynmichaelsâ:
âItâs a shame that people let a beautiful woman be alone. Itâs their loss though Iâm sure.â
âI donât know about that, Iâm pretty boring these days.â
julietcharlestonâ:
âYouâre not a let down, not even in the slightest. Youâre exactly what I ever wanted in my life and Iâm lucky that I have you,â Juliet reminded her knowing how much she meant the words, âHe is. I just wish I knew dad.â
âI wish that you had that, too. But if you ever want to know about him, you can always ask. I donât mind.â
laurynmichaelsâ:
âAs long as your boyfriend doesnât mind me stealing your time.â
âI donât have a boyfriend to worry about. My son, maybe, but heâs pretty busy with his own life and so is his sister.â
julietcharlestonâ:
âI never want for you to understand what I went through I just want your love which I know that I already have. But they will also be lucky to have their dad. Heâs something absolutely special.â
âI just donât want you to feel like youâre alone. Even if Iâve been a letdown in that department before.â Ophelia admitted with a sigh. âHe is pretty special, isnât he? Your dad would be so proud of you both.â
leiamccallâ:
âHonestly? I have. While all the other girls were going through drama with boyfriends and crying over whether or not they loved them I never felt that. He never gave me a chance to wonder. Itâs kind of hard when we were practically attached at the hip and he never so much as looked at other girls.â
âYou have no idea how happy I am that Kyle never made me deal with stupid teenage drama like that. Even if he was a stupid teenage boy, which I can say, because Iâm his mother and we both know itâs true.â Ophelia laughed. âBut I am happy he never made you wonder. It means somehow I did something right.â
laurynmichaelsâ:
âI was literally never taught how to cook. Honestly any lessons would be great.â
âThatâs unfortunate, but Iâm happy to do what I can.â
julietcharlestonâ:
âI appreciate you and everything you do for me. I donât think you understand just what it means to me to actually have a mom that cares for me. And now whenever I do have kids theyâre going to have a fantastic grandma and uncle.â
âI know you do, sweetheart. I promise. Maybe I canât understand what you went through, but I will do my best to get there.â Ophelia promised quietly. âWhen you have kids, theyâll be very lucky, but it wonât be only because of me and your brother.â
leiamccallâ:
âThatâs true. He would have told Kat at the very least and sheâs been repeating every single thing he says to her and while it might be baby babble I think Iâd understand either brother or sister. At least now I really know that he loves me,â Leia pointed out with a happy sigh.Â
âYeah, you figure out how to speak baby babble pretty fast when itâs your kids, and Kyle isnât sly enough to pull off knowing and not telling anyone.â Ophelia laughed, shaking her head. âYouâve always known that though, havenât you?â
laurynmichaelsâ:
âI just need someone that can at least teach me a few meals that I can do on my own. If you have any suggestions on who I wouldnât mind knowing them.â
âI could probably do it, if you really needed it. You raise a teenage boy and you learn a few things.â
julietcharlestonâ:
âYou deserve to have your children letting you know how incredible you are though,â Juliet reminded her mother knowing how much worse it could be. âI think he deserves to know what itâs like. Itâs the one thing I lucked out with I canât imagine how bad he was.â
âI know, sweetheart. You and Kyle give me too much credit, but Iâll never stop trying.â She promised, letting out a sigh. âIt was pretty awful, but it seems to have passed, thankfully.â
leiamccallâ:
âI mean he might know, but I know that I donât. You can always ask him to see if he has because honestly? Iâd be more surprised if he doesnât already know. Heâs way too impatient, which is part of why I love him so much. Iâm glad I always gave you peace of mind with him.â
âI doubt he does. If he did, he wouldnât be able to keep it to himself, heâd have broken and told somebody already.â Ophelia said with a laugh, shaking her head. âYou never had to worry about that. At least not with me, I always knew.â
