Happy Mother’s Day

I have been working on nothing but art since the start of the year. 44 comic pages colored as of now. I’ve almost exhausted the number of pre sketched pages I finished. The remaining 30 pages or so are gonna be an up hill climb but I’m locked in.

I’m planning to going some small local comic conventions… I’ve seen other people there with fancomics and it’s giving me some hope. Might launch a kickstarter with hep from friends when the time comes.

I spent $100 on an official Cyberchase backpack.

I don't know where the eBay seller got this thing, but it seems to be official merch. It's in great condition too, with just the tiniest stain that you have to hunt for.

The graphics on the main pockets and the side pocket have that cool bubble effect, like all the best backpacks from childhood that us millennials are so nostalgic about.

The strap has a little graphic that isn't flaking off at all! And it's from True Colors! How did the seller keep this in such good condition for so long? Maybe it was in a storage unit?

The strap also has a neat little bubbly Cyberchase logo.

OOC It's 2AM and I'm trying to do math on a cartoon. Help me.

Specifically, tell me how much faster time would have to run in cyberspace, if it isn't too much trouble.

It's not really possible to calculate because we are never given any figures for how much time has past in the real work or how much time the kids spend in Cyberspace.

For me, the fact that they say no time/hardly any time has passed in the real world at the end of the first episode is simply a use of the common western isekai trope. You can see it in "Alice in Wonderland", "The Magic Tree House", "Narnia" and probably a lot of other stuff. In Narnia, the kids ones stayed so long they aged into adults, but then they went back to the real world, they went back to being kids.

Not sure how this would work for Cyberspace. In my mind, they simply wouldn't age so long as they were in Cyberspace.
