     It occurred to me I haven’t explained why it is Kiyoko is such a polar opposite of her father so allow me to do that. Basically her tutors in her Deeprealm didn’t want another ruler to be like Izana, so they taught her to take everything seriously, don’t joke around, etc. It’s part of the reason she’s found it hard to smile, too.
