《One Day, Suddenly》, 2025
As days filled with fine dust became more frequent, I started to notice the sky changing. The sunsets I used to see clearly were now dimmed, barely slipping through the gaps between buildings.
There were days when the sunset didn’t appear at all— or when the light faded before it could spread. At some point, I realized I might forget those colors altogether. That quiet sense of unease was what made me pick up the camera.
This ongoing series began in 2020, mostly centered around the sea, reflecting the light of the setting sun. Rather than trying to send a grand message, these photographs simply come from a desire not to forget.
They are quiet records of a fading view— a way to hold on to something that might not always be there.
