@optimus-prime-leader shut his optics off for a moment, listening to her talk. He shook his helm then sat up and watched her, his optics whirring as he did. He then let out a very un prime like snort and shook his helm. “I do not remember at the moment, unfortunately. Tho I do remember rust sticks….”

She retracted her servo biting her lip. Oracles optics shifted away. The femme went quiet looking at the amber light pouring through the old grey windows. Her optics flickered dimming. "Does your on board heater still work? I've only one heat retaining blanket I stole from a mechs ship."

Oracle closed her optics then sighed, "I was shot.. I was down and felt servos on me but I was dropped and left. I saw your back grabbing samuel.. and running. My frame shutdown after that."

She sighed rubbing her faceplate, "I woke up twenty years later in my alt covered in dirt.. I was partially burried in a hill.. I scanned a new form and drove.. I dont know for how long but I drove until I hit a city. Seeing posters of you everywhere.. and of bumblebee and the others..." "I was found by a decepticon.. his name was Barrage.. he repaired my faceplate and brought me to a ragtag group of outcasts.. they gave me energon but I left." Her servos rubbed up her arms, "then lennox..and this team found me and I had to run.. I killed some of his team..." her optics meet the floor, "I decided to go find others.. I kept looking for Ratchet but...." her lips pursed quietly, "Now-"

Oracle vented, "I found yours I was delighted.. I didn't recognize it. I felt stupid, I should of.. I." Her servo rubbed at her helm,

Optimus looked at her, listening. He didn't move. He didn't retract his mask. His servos did twitch a bit. He then spoke out, his voice never wavering.

"It does not do anyone any good to dwell on the past, Oracle. You use to tell me that all of the time. We all have said we should have done something. We can not change our choices. We can only let it go and just try in the future. Just as you tell me, you should take your own advice.....do not dwell on it. Talk.......talk about it......you know how annoyingly stubborn that I am. It took Ratchet what? 10 wrenches to get me to open up? Even a little?"

He raised a brow as he let a little amusement leak into his voice in the end.

"And I will never forget how Iromhide tried to get me to talk...."

Oracle gave him a doubtful look over her faceplate but it fell when his optics started to judge.

Her optics went to the ground, but her helm gave a slow nod. Oracles optics picked up to gaze at him. "I... honestly don't remember how we separated last... but I remember seeing you with that human in hand running away..." she picked at her servos- peeling the paint.

Optimus watched her, his optics whirring. He then shook his helm.

"Do not act that way. I do not judge. I do not remember why either. Please do not peel your paint...."

He said all this quietly, his optics never leaving her. But, he stayed against the wall, keeping his distance.

Old Allegiances

Dreadwing had been wandering the different universes since he had been awarded his new Matrix from Unicron. He still had Unicron’s presence within him, but the God promised that he was nearly convinced that his new Prime would be able to defend himself against the world if he needed to. That was why he was wandering dimensions, to prove himself to the being. Then the Dark Prime found himself on a very familiar warship. He stumbled back in shock as he came face to face with Megatron, but not an evil Megatron, no… This was his mentor, his friend, the mech that raised him when he had been abandoned to the Decepticon cause. “Megatron…” His voice was faint as his purple optics just stared at the mech. The mech blinked in surprise. “You’re not going to immediately going to question the Dark Energon? Or the lack of insignia?” He tilted his helm to the side as he studied the mech for a moment before following him. “I’m not a youngling anymore, my Lord.” He said out of habit. It was not a habit he picked up from being around this version of Megatron, it was picked up from the early years of his disappearance. The one where he spent a lot of time conforming himself to the being of pure Darkness he was now. The Dark Prime smirked at the mech. “You should listen to Soundwave more often.. You know better than anyone just how correct he is at all times.” He said as he walked carefully behind the mech, constantly on guard for anyone that might decide to attack him. The fog of Dark Energon coalesced as if to take on its’ own shape to inspect the mech Dreadwing was following. It was judging and found the mech to be of very little to no harm to its’ master before enveloping Megatron into a dark hug. This caused Dreadwing to stagger back and growl. “Behave Unicron.” He hissed to the being that resided within him. With a sharp tug, the Dark Prime pulled the Dark Energon cloud back within him and shook his helm. “Sorry, my Lord, I’m still learning to control my new powers…”

“I admit…..I am very curious as well as worried about all of that but it can wait.”

He walked alongside the other mech, chuckling at what he said about listening to his third. He nodded in agreement, staying silent for a moment.

Feeling the fog envelope him made the older mech gasp out in surprise, his blue optics wide as he looked around. He could have sworn he felt someone hugging him? He looked at Dreadwing in shock, his optics widening even more hearing his words.

“Did you just say……Unicron?” His voice was almost silent, yet his face showed no judgment, just wariness and curiosity. Did he also say powers? He had alot to catch up on!

“That’s still better than Optimus’s reaction…” He said with a mutter as they walked. The mech paled as he looked at Megatron. “Yeah…?” His voice was weary as if Megatron would turn against him at any moment. “We reached an agreement… He will leave once he is sure that I can defend myself…” He said as he continued to follow the mech.

“I promise I’ll explain everything, just… not somewhere that we can be overheard… I’ve gotten enough grief from what little remains of my family about this decision… Except Optima… She supports it completely…”

Megatron heard him but pretended like he didn't. Seeing his reaction made the older mech pause and look at him with surprise. He gently touched his arm plating and shook his helm.

"Easy. As I said, I hold no judgment but I do worry. Come, we are at my private quarters."

He entered his code then stepped aside so the other mech could go in.

"They are soundproofed so no one will hear. Soundwave will keep them away."

Megatron's spark ached for Wing. Just what had he been through? And what of this Optimus he spoke of? He decided to keep his questions to himself for now, wanting Wing to be able to relax.

Breakdown drove around a bit trying to blow off steam by driving, it was always calming to him and he rather enjoyed it. It was his time to relax and the drive did really help him to calm down a bit plus it also helped him learn about new places.

Optimus Prime was in hiding. The humans had betrayed him. He didn’t know what to do anymore. Once thing he did know, was he did not trust anyone anymore. He made sure to keep out of sight of any humans, his alt mode falling apart as he sat there. He heard some one coming and backed up slightly, not wanting a confrontation.

Breakdown drove around learning what he could about where he was currently, even stopping when he found something he thought to be interesting making a mental note about it, driving past a truck he paused making a mental note that it looked like a much older and falling apart Optimus. He didn’t like that… Maybe he could fix it up a little? He wondered where the owner was and why they were letting it fall apart, he was a bit to far to look at much detail.

Optimus' alt mode began shaking. He could not help it. He saw the other one going by and knew immediately that it wasn't a human vehicle. His instincts were screaming at him to flee but he didn't move. His form began rattling and he backed up a few feet. Maybe the other one would think that it was a faulty break or something?

Then, the Prime had no choice but to flee when he was suddenly shot at. A bunch of black, human vehicles came flying over the ridge and towards the Prime. Their leader spoke over a megaphone.

"Surrender now, Optimus Prime! You've no where to go!"

Another missile shot at the Prime, making him transform on the spot. A pained roar came from his vocoder. He pulled his rifle from his back and just began shooting blindly, multiple humans flying back. He tried to run but was shot again, making him cry out, falling to his knees.

"What did we do to you?! All we did was to try and help you humans!"

He yelled out, his vocoder spitting out static from his multiple injuries.

The femme just winced at the thunk, "It still gives you a voice to be heard..." Oracles helm tilted slowly, "it may not change anthing but it lightens the load... its... a new thing. One of Kups friends calls it therapy... its worked for the wreckers when things got hard."

She rubbed her servos slowly over her legs, "Plans? None so far besides-" she paused, "some of the fauna have returned.. Iacons being used as a hub. A medbay, ships to doc.. its why Im going to the hall.. to see if I can find anything to help rebuild.."

Her lips pursed, "I am happy to see you again..." she confessed.

"Yes, the humans had similar ways of doing things like that. Get them to open up so it wouldn't eat their souls. Whatever that means. I am fine. I do not need to vent...."

He looked at her again, frowning behind his mask. He sat up a little and adjusted the way he sat to be more comfortable. He then looked down at his lap.

"Perhaps I shall go to the capitol, see what all can be salvaged and see about what I can and cannot restore th......" he looked at her warily now.

"You have...?"

Oracle stayed quiet and listened.. she heard the creaking of metal joints, noticing he had stoppes. A quick glance and she saw the servos.... She frowned looking around before taking his forearm and dragged him to a spot then pointed. "I know we no longer..." Oracle sighed softly pointing to a spot. "Sit...."

She moved across sitting down across from him on the floor. "We may not...." she flared her servos then sighed, "I want you to..." Oracle paused.. "talk. No, vent.. Vents a better word.."

Optimus didn't fight her hold as she dragged him and made him sit. He leaned back against the wall, his helm thunking against it a bit hard, having done so on purpose. He shut his optics off and listened to her. Hearing her, he let out a long sigh, speaking quietly.

"Why? There is no point in venting. It will change nothing. It is in the past. I would like to look forward now."

He finally looked at her, exhaustion showing in his optics but not physical. It was a soul deep exhaustion. He then looked away again and went silent for a moment before speaking again.

"What.....other plans have been made in restoring Cybertron?'

It has been very quiet on his ship, Megatron mused silently. He should probably check on everyone, make sure nothing was wrong. He had several data pads in his servos and was walking down the hall, going through some reports from his scouts.

He suddenly stopped, his blue optics wide when he saw someone just appear before him. Before his battle protocols could activate, he recognized who was in front of him. But, he looked different. He took a step back to give him space.

“Wing….?” He asked in disbelief.

The mech grinned at Megatron, but even that seemed to be tinged in barely concealed Darkness. “It is good to see you.” He bowed just his helm to the mech. “Things have changed since we last met…”

The mech had definitely changed, his Decepticon insignia had been meticulously taken off of his frame. The spot where it used to be laid bare, but not for long. His new symbol would go there once it was created.

“Don’t worry though, I promise that I mean you no harm.” He was wondering if the mech would be suspicious of him because of the Dark Energon flowing through his lines now. If he would react like Optimus had.

Megatron had put his reports away for a later time. He watched the other mech, noticing definite changes in the younger mech. He could also feel the dark energon like a thick fog around him. He tilted his helm, his blue optics taking the other one in before a small, smile appeared onto his faceplates.

"I believe if you meant me any harm, youngling, you would have done it by now. I can see I have missed quite alot. Soundwave keeps telling me I need to leave the ship more."

He gestured down the hall, turning his large body a bit.

"Come. Let's get some energon and you can tell me about it."

"No- no! Goodness no..." she brushed past him to go into the dark hall. Oracle used her lights looking around, "uh.. after that... How did you end up in the middle of the woods in some..." she took one of the cubes out and drank some of it,

"End up the middle of the ozarks in the middle of the polar solstice..." she offered the cube to Optimus,

Optimus followed her slowly, looking around with his own headlights. He then slowly began telling everything that had happened since his......death and resurrection. His mentor betraying them. Ironhides death. The humans betrayal. Ratchets death. Everything until now. He then went quiet, his voice having gone cold by the end of his story. His fists made creaking noises with how tight he was squeezing them. He had stopped walking as well, his helm bowed as he remembered everything.
