The United States doesn't negotiate with terrorists right? Why would we negotiate with the GOP? They're holding the government hostage, not Obama. Obamacare is a law, the republicans don't agree but this doesn't give them the chance to pretend they won the election. Please understand what you are saying before making comments about the Democratic Party or Obama. He run on the platform of universal healthcare and was elected TWICE. Obamacare is what Americans want, not a GOP hostage situation.
To be honest, I could probably school all you knuckleheads one by one on how laws work and why Obamacare is the equivilent of expensive toilet paper, but alas I have actual work to do so I can pay for all your Obamacare subsidies. So, with that being said, I’m going to use you as a patsy for every other dimwit coming on here spouting off like a complete ignorant simpleton. Here are the highlights that you should read and educate yourself on because you’re not doing yourself any favors by talking about things you have no comprehension about.
• The Republicans did not shut down the Federal Government, the Senate Democrats did.
• Here is a friendly list of many famous bills that became law but later were overturned in our short American history. Because, believe it or not, some laws are bad and should be repealed, defunded or overturned.
• Congress had every authority to defund the healthcare bill despite it being a law.
• Here is how Obamacare was actually passed through backdoor procedure and trickery by the Democrat majority leaders.
• Here is a great list of unintended consequences from the poorly written Obamacare bill.
• The Affordable Care Act isn’t so affordable.
• The majority of Americans oppose Obamacare according to like…every poll.
• Obama DID NOT run on Universal Healthcare,; in fact, he was opposed to the Obamacare mandate before he even signed it into law.
Oh, and if the President is such a good guy? Why isn’t he negotiating with House Republicans like his predecessors in the Oval Office did before him during a government shutdown?
