Secret Agere Tips

Sadly, not everyone can be open with their regression because of judgement, risked getting kicked out, ETC, but that doesn't mean you can't regress like, ever! As always, if you have more tips, add 'em!

Face: -Use soft or your favorite regressed colors for makeup and decorate yourself! -Use lotions and moisturizers that smell good and help calm you down! Hair: -Wear cute accessories and put your hair in cute hairstyles! -Dye your hair in soft or your favorite regressed colors! Teeth: -Use kids' toothpaste and mouthwash (just say it's because you don't like strong Mint tasting stuff)! -Decorate your toothbrush with stickers or paint! -Decorate your floss container with stickers or paint! Body: -Use soft smelling lotions and perfumes! -When taking baths (or showers), use soft smelling (and soft in general) soaps, shampoos, ETC so you can relax better! Clothing: -Wear stuff that makes you feel smol, but can be passed as regular clothes! -Wear your favorite regressed or soft colors! -Wear baggy stuff or in general comfy clothes! That way you feel smaller and feel much more relaxed! -Make patches with cute things on them and pin them to your clothes! Have fun!! Music: -Listen to soft or classical music when resting, studying, ETC! -Make a secret agere playlist for when you're alone and can listen to it freely! Make sure it's protected! Stuffies: -If you can't have multiple stuffies for whatever reason, get a stuffie and make it your special and/or comfort stuffie for when you're smol! -Need for reason for having stuffies? Just say it's because they're cute, they bring you comfort or you just like cuddling something in your sleep! Food: -Cut your food into small shapes! Make 'em cute shapes too! -Have a special plate, bowl, utensils, ETC for when you're smol, if you can, get them in your favorite regressed or soft colors! Items: -Bags? Carry cute charms on them and decorate it to your liking! -Waterbottle? Decorate it and drink flavored water or put your favorite smol drink inside! -Notebooks? Have one for specifically smol you and decorate it, make sure to keep it hidden if you need to! -Sketchbooks? Draw cute stuff in them, decorate it, add charms! -Jewelry? Wear your favorite regressed or soft colors, wear your favorite animal, wear cute pieces! -Blankets and pillows? Get the softest kind! Get them with your favorite characters on them! Get them in your favorite regressed or soft colors!

Remember: You are valid regardless if you're open about your regression or not! Be kind to yourself!
