I really hate when people shit on traumacore. Like for me I don't really make those anymore but when I had JUST gotten free from my abusers I made so many and it helped me cope A LOT. It was also so fun to make too, tbh. I used to go on walks and take pictures purely so I could use them in traumacore edits. So not only did it make me feel A LOT better when I made them, it also got me out of the house which was a very hard thing to do at the time lmao. And on top of that it was something I really had fun doing. So just, super fucking good for me, all around
