condition yourself telling people "i already ate"/"i ate before coming"
measure/weigh yourself before eating
learn the difference between physical and mental hunger
only keep healthy/low cal food around
eat protein with every meal
look at pics/vids of messy food to throw off your appetite
good excuses to miss meals: feeling nauseous, already ate, allergies/intolerances, saying youre vegan/vegetarian, sore throat, etc
keep away from "snack" foods
keep gum in your mouth to pretend to chew while eating
look at oily foods and imagine how it would feel inside you
put utensils down while eating, dont prep your next bite while chewing
eat slow and stop as soon as you dont feel hungry
avoid sodas and liquid cals
