↪ Have you seen BRANT DAUGHERTY around town? Neither have I, but I have seen ORION MCADAMS. The TWENTY-SIX year old has been seen to be working as a CARPENTER. It should also be known that they are a WEREWOLF and is known to be DISTRUSTING and OBSESSIVE, but also AMBITIOUS and RESOURCEFUL.

“That is strange, but I’m glad that I’ll get to see you again,” Chloe flirted openly as she smiled at him. “So Orion, what do you like to do for fun around here?”

"....Right.” Orion spoke blankly, not really one to flirt in general. His priorities were elsewhere. “Hunt.” Not necessarily kill, but it was fun catching his victims. "Why? You want to give that a try?"

“Well Orion, it’s very nice to meet you,” Chloe said grinning. “I’m surprised we haven’t met before actually.”

“Yeah? I’m usually out and about. It’s pretty hard to find someone in this town when they don’t want to be found though, strangely enough.”

Lucinda looked around and found who the voice belonged to. “Why don’t you tell me.” Lucinda said rolling her. “You’re the one listening on my conversation.” She realised how dumb that sounded especially as she was conversing with herself, but she was honestly to frustrated to care.

“You’re the one who’s talking to herself in public. Can’t be helped but to sacrifice my hearing to your voice.”

“You’re good looking, but pizza always looks better than anything else,” Chloe said with a chuckle before smiling to the handsome male. “I don’t think we’ve met before. I’m Chloe.”

“If my ego was fragile, I’d fight you on that.” He snorted, “Orion.”

“Are you fucking kidding me.” Lucinda said as the phone went dead. “If I had known about the bad reception in this place I wouldn’t have moved here.” she said hanging up the phone and shoving it her bag with frustration.

Chloe blinked and looked at the person who was talking to her. “I’m sorry, but I was spacing about pizza again,” she admitted with a chuckle. “What did you say before?”

“You’re thinking about pizza when I’m standing right here. I’m also hurt.”

“I wouldn’t say that. Everyone just seemed occupied and I didn’t feel like having to work to get any attention. I did look hot so it sucked that I waisted my outfit.”

“What were you again?” Orion was more bummed that nothing happened during the whole time and if it weren’t for the booze, the hunter might have left early too.

Nah. I knew I had work and nobody was catching my eye so I left early.”

“Wow, looking down on everyone in town? And they said I was a jerk. ”

“More chipper than normal,” she said with a smile. “Everyone else is dragging.”

“Does that include you?”

“Oh god no.” Beth chuckled again but quickly put a hand to her lips “I’m sorry” she said, clearing her throat “You have a lovely face….just not when you look afraid.”

“Afraid? No, beautiful. This isn’t fear at all. If anything, they should be afraid of me.”

“You telling me I have a weird face? I should be offended.”

“You would think that, McAdams,” Blake retorted with a roll of her eyes. “I’m pretty sure you haven’t even gone through PUBERTY yet so it would make sense that you’d enjoy the childish holidays.” She audibly sighed, it was frustrating how easily the hunter annoyed her. “I can make it your problem. Up to you, of course.”

“You’re just lame as fuck, Moretti.” He chuckled, “I’m just young at heart. Not all of us are like 90 year olds on the inside like you.” Orion crossed his arms, not even fazed by the comeback, “Now, now. Let’s not be petty. Just because you keep losing things, you don’t have to make other people miserable.”

“I’ve had bigger things to concentrate on this week,” Grace almost snapped at the male. Her morning sickness was out of control and she just – it was one of those ‘I want the world to burn’ days. It was safe to say that the human DID NOT do well with being sick. “I’m pregnant, and it’s REFUSING to be an easy one.”

“Damn, you’re preggers? Shit. Sucks to be you.” Orion was clearly not a fan of children. They were annoying and whiny and loud in all the ways he didn’t care for.

“Remember that when celebrities and such pile in here for a party, but you can’t seem to score an invite,” he teased the man with a nod. “I’m gonna make this -the- happening place, and it’s not about the ‘biggest balls’ or whatever.”

“Name dropping ain’t really a flattering thing, buddy.” Unless the party included pain and torture, it wouldn’t be that big of a deal to the hunter to skip.

Georgie smiled as she put in the order of fries, giving him a beer. “You’re awfully chipper. Not a crazy night?”

“Chipper? I’m always chipper, red.”

“Challenge accepted! Bring it on, Casper and co.”
