“W-well, I’ll be g-glad to see you when you come around,” he told her in a shy, quiet voice. “I definitely won’t get annoyed with you, that much I can assure y-you. You seem absolutely l-lovely and wonderful to be a-around. Plus, it’ll b-be nice to see a familiar face around the library. I don’t s-see too many familiar faces, b-besides my co-workers and boss. And sometimes, even, my husband.” He cleared his throat. “What type of books do you like to read?”

Chloe couldn’t help but grin as she listened to all of Howl’s kind words about her and she blushed only a little bit. “You are very sweet, thank you,” she told him smiling. “Next time I’ll bring you some coffee just for being so nice to me.” Running her fingers through her hair again, she thought about his question for a moment and then chuckled. “I really like reading romance novels. Being single can suck sometimes so I enjoy reading about other peoples love.”

Once they reached the bedroom, Ren made her way to the bed, sitting on the edge with her hands behind her supporting from lying down. Her eyes lingered on Chloe as she stripped down. Her vision may be slightly hazy from all the alcohol but it didn’t prevent her from admiring the curves on the other. “Come over here already.” She smirked as she tugged her own pants off, letting it drop to the floor with a flick of her foot.

Chloe couldn’t help but glance up at Ren as she took her pants off, seeing her watching and she smirked. “I guess I wouldn’t mind laying next to you,” she said smoothly as she then crawled up on her bed with the bottle of wine still in her hand. Taking another long sip, she handed it over to Ren and then reached over letting her fingers trace circles on her smooth leg. “Any man would die to have you in their bed right now, but I beat them all to it,” she playfully winked at her grinning.

“I think cuddling on the bed is way more appealing.” She followed Chloe inside and her eyes immediately wandered around out of instinct. “Unless you want to Netflix and chill in the most literal sense - which.. is kinda lame tonight.” She chuckled softly, wrapping her arm around the other’s waist, “We’ll just grab the bottle along the way, yeah?”

“You think I want to literally Netflix and chill with you right now? Sure, we can do that some other time, but not tonight,” Chloe told her smirking and bit down on her lower lip as she felt her arm around her waist. “Follow me,” she said before leading her to the kitchen and grabbing a bottle before heading inside of her room. Closing the door, she opened the bottle of wine and took the first long sip before tugging at her pants. “I hate pants,” she said before tugging them down her legs, leaving her in her sexy panties and a tank top.

Howl immediately returned the smile Chloe gave him with a grin of his own. “T-that’s good,” he said. “T-take your t-time though if you need to — I don’t w-want to rush you or a-anything.” With the next thing she said, however, Howl couldn’t help but give a nod of agreement. “T-that’s true,” he reasoned. “A lot of people do spend their t-time on the internet. It would only m-make sense if we had a form online.” He was liking her company already: she seemed sweet and quite lovely. When she finished the form, Howl took it and went behind the desk, turning on the computer so that he could process the information and print out a card. “I’m g-glad to hear that. Your card w-will be ready in about five minutes. I’ll j-just process your information into the computer and then… y-yeah. A-almost done.”

When the form was finished, Chloe watched as he turned to the computer and started to fill everything out that was needed for her card. “Thank you so much,” she said with a smile, leaning against the counter as she did. “I tend to read a lot when I get bored so I’m going to be in here quite a lot,” she told him with a chuckle. “I hope you don’t get annoyed of me, a lot of people do,” she also admitted with a laugh this time.

Her eyes flickered down at their conjoined hands and then back up, enjoying the warmth. Following Chloe without question, she could only roll her eyes and let out a soft scoff at the men who finally got the hint that the two of them weren’t interested. Smiling to herself, she kept herself close to the other considering that it was getting chilly during this time of night. “Seems like we’re about to have a bit more fun though.” Was she always this forward or was it the alcohol? Ren had no idea anymore.

Chloe bit down on her lower lip at Ren’s words and grinned at her. “We sure are,” she said with a playful wink as she squeezed her hand, leading her towards her place. It wasn’t long until they finally got there and she pulled her inside to where it was warmer now. Taking off her jacket and running her fingers through her hair, she turned to Ren and smiled. “Want to cuddle up on my couch or on my bed?” She asked wondering. “And if you want to drink more, I have alcohol in the kitchen,” she added.

“If you really want a companion to go shopping with, I wouldn’t say no.” She shrugged, “Like, it still sounds pretty fun.” The last time she did it with a friend back in one of the cities she lived it, she felt like a boyfriend - following her friend around as she tried this and that while Jinri held onto her purse and everything. “Why? You a shopaholic?”

“I don’t right now, but we should sometime soon since I do agree, it would be fun,” Chloe said smiling before shaking her head. “No, not at all. Well, I would say that I’m a shopaholic for food, not clothes,” she told her laughing. “I will eat anything. I’m surprised how I’m not fat yet.”

Howl suppressed a smile at the woman’s reaction to having to fill out a form. He leaned back against the desk, watching her with a small, amused smile. She seemed… nice. Interesting, to say the very least. “T-thanks,” he replied. “I-I hope it isn’t much t-trouble to fill out the form, but unfortunately, it’s policy. I’m t-trying to get my boss to have the f-form outline so that way we wouldn’t w-waste as much paper as we already do.”

Chloe peeked up to see Howl watching her and she couldn’t help but to smile a bit more, liking his company already. “It really isn’t too much, I’m almost done with it anyways,” she said as she continued to fill out the form with the best handwriting she could make. “Having it online would be better since almost everyone spends most of their time online anyways,” she said as she finally filled the form out. “Done.” Sliding the paper back over to Howl, she gave him yet another smile. “That wasn’t much of a hassle.”

“I think we should go somewhere more private, otherwise those asshole thinks it’s a show for them only.” She laughed, playing the hair on the back of Chloe’s neck. As lovely as this was, the witch was feeling slightly grossed out that the men was making a spectacle out of this - despite it being the intention at first. Ren had hoped they’d turn away by now.

“That’s a really good idea,” Chloe replied with a grin, happy to be getting away from the gross men staring at them and also happy to be spending more time with Ren in a more intimate setting. “We could go to my place, it’s only a few blocks away,” she said before pulling away from Ren and taking her hand. Looking at the men who were still making eyes at them, she flipped them off before tugging Ren out of the bar and finally towards her place. “That was fun.”

“It’s relaxing.” She shrugged, not even slightly bothered by her animal nature. Cuddling all day long with someone she liked, what was so wrong with that? The fact that the other didn’t know who the red panda really was, but other than that, it was a nice thing. “Shopping? I guess? For food mostly but I can still walk around if people want to shop when we’re hanging. Why? You want to?”

“Yeah, I agree,” Chloe said with a chuckle. “I like shopping for food mostly as well, but I was talking about clothes as most women like to do,” she noted before shaking her head. “No to the clothes, but getting something to eat doesn’t sound too bad.”

Nova chuckled, shaking her head in mock disapproval. “I think I have a perfect solution to get you to stop spacing about pizza.” She said, the topic at hand forgotten as soon as Chloe spoke. “Let’s get some pizza. Doctor’s order. Or you know in this case, my order and my treat.”

Chloe couldn’t help but smile as she looked at the pretty girl offering pizza to her. “Wait, really? This isn’t some kind of trick is it? Because I hate tricks and somehow always end up embarrassing myself,” she admitted with a laugh. “I don’t even know your name.”

Huffing softly, Seonjae crossed her arms. She had loads of time to kill, not having to go to her aunt’s house for another three and a half hours. But she didn’t want to go home either, not nearly in a good enough of a mood to face the mess that was her place. “So… you were talking about pizza… do you think we could maybe go get some?”

Chloe couldn’t help but grin as she heard the girl asking if they could go get some pizza to eat. “If you really want to, then of course we can,” she said happily as she stood up from the table she was sitting at before. “I’m Chloe by the way.”

Chloe didn’t mind that Orion didn’t flirt back, sometimes she didn’t flirt all the time to hot guys. When she heard him saying that he enjoyed hunting, her eyebrows rose and she chuckled. “Hunting, huh? That actually sounds like fun if I were going to enjoy it so much,” she responded, running her fingers through her hair. “I’ve never been hunting or fishing for that matter.”

“You c-can most c-certainly get a card now, m’am,” was Howl’s immediate reply. Going behind the desk, he took out a form and handed it over to her with a small, shy smile. “You’ll just need to fill this form out first. It’ll take a few minutes b-before your card will be ready since w-we’ll need to put your information through the s-system and such, but a-a-after that, you’ll be all s-set to go.” With a small chuckle, the faerie then said, “It’s a p-pleasure to meet you, Chloe. I’m Howl.”

Seeing that she had to fill out a form, Chloe sighed not wanting to do much work, but if she was going to get a card, she was going to have to fill this out. “That’s totally fine, no worries,” she told him smiling. “It’s a pleasure to meet you as well, Howl. Interesting name.” Smiling, she began to fill out the form putting in the information that was needed.

“Sleep, eat. Hang around.” She grinned, listing off everything basically everything she did in her red panda form. As strange as it was to have this certain wild animal in town, no one really called for anyone to get rid of her so she was just going to keep at it. It was easier to get away with things anyways in her animal form.

“That’s...” Chloe paused for a moment thinking of something cheery and positive to say but this was a tough one. “That could be fun,” she responded with a chuckle. “I enjoy sleeping, eating and hanging around myself,” she told her with a nod, not thinking about anything else why she wouldn’t do more things. “Do you like shopping?”
