sorry for my rather terrible activity lately, i started a new school a few weeks ago and it’s kicking my ass already. but no worries, weekend is coming and i shall be here again. i def want some more plots even tho i’m the worst when it comes to replying ims. ily all <3

Even before the AI’s attacked and started to enslave the world, it was far from perfect. The world was messed up and now, it has become a world that Isabella hardly recognized. She once believed that she would wake up and be back in her small apartment. She gave the other a small smile. Despite the horrors the world holds, there was good and she was going to hold onto that. “Always is a..hard word to use. I would say sometimes. Sometimes tension rises. Sometimes fights break out. Sometimes but not always,” she commented. “It’s an awful thing - violence. But sometimes it’s necessary.”

“i-i disagree.” even the fact he can say so is astounding, and even though he knows his opinion doesn’t truly matter, it’s relieving. his view of the world is sort of biased, simply because of his construction. “there is better ways to release TENSION than just violence. violence is never the right choice - i cannot see how it could be necessary.” orion’s tone is quiet, even after AGES of practice he’s not certain if he can form disagreeing opinions. it was dangerous once, and could potentially still be. the woman in front of her doesn’t seem too dangerous, though. he believes he’s not in immediate DANGER, which is always pleasant.

josie nodded slowly as she continue to slice the vegetables in front of her. “truthfully, you aren’t missing much. they’re just dough and sugar,” she shrugged, switching to the next vegetable. “i think it’s just me missing, y’know, real life.” were she speaking to anyone else, she would’ve gone on to blame the robots, she would’ve gone on to say it was their fault for taking it to such an extreme. josie had always been certain they could’ve come to a decent compromise had the robots not enslaved the human race. then again, the other was here, and not enslaving humans, so it wasn’t necessarily his fault. “maybe it’s better that way. i’d rather not miss so much.”

“dough and sugar - shouldn’t they be easily made here, too?” maybe his question is insensitive and he somewhat regrets it. but his oldest quirk has never left him ALONE, saying and doing things when he should remain silent. he’s wise enough to not say he’s sorry, though. he could apologize for everything others like him have done, but his apology would be WORTHLESS. not to forget the point he’s not accountable. sometimes he feels like he should be always saying sorry. “i wouldn’t know. it’s difficult, ACTUALLY. not being able to understand the capacity of others’ loss.”

‘ oh, right. i’m sorry. ’ lia’s eyes hovered on his face for a moment before they were averted. she shifted an inch or two ( better let him have a place to sit, if it turned out he wanted one ). ‘ this is… possibly a strange question. and maybe too personal. and, um, i’m sorry if it’s rude in any way, but… do you dream? i mean, um, i’m sure you do, but… oh my god. never mind. really weird question. ’ she hadn’t been remembering her own lately. and in the silence of the night, it was hard to stop thinking about such things. especially because lia didn’t have many other options.

he wonders if he should sit - would it make him seem more normal? then he remembers there’s nothing he can do to be more human than he already is, so the idea is ABANDONED. it bothers him sometimes, his similarity to humans even despite the fact he can NEVER be one. “it’s alright - and it’s not too rude or strange, or personal.” he reassures her. there has been several more terrible questions, especially during the years orion spent in servitude. “i believe i’m not supposed to dream, yet i’ve recently had dreams. though they aren’t dreams - cannot be, i’m simply not constructed that way. perhaps it’s a fault in my code?” he wonders aloud.

“ did you happen to see where i placed a blue water filter? i found a lake not too far from here and collected a couple bottle but i need to purify it before i can give them out to people,” maria said, frown upon her face – she really didn’t want to let anyone down by not being able to bring them their daily water supply, which she usually tried to do at least twice a day, working in this heat was clearly very strenuous for a lot of people and she liked to make people smile and hated the idea of them being dehydrated. “ sorry – i’m sure you’re busy, ” she said, frowning once more.

“i didn’t pay attention, so no. i apologize.” it still feels ODD, that he can just not help others. there was a time when he had to, so the sole fact that he has a CHOICE feels luxurious. he still wants to help, naturally. it’s still written in his existence. now that his will is his own, sometimes orion does want to help others. it actually happens OFTEN. “no, no - i was actually taking a break.” a break - yet another obscure part of his new life. there was never breaks when he wanted, now he has them. orion LOVES it. “a lake, though? did it seem to be in good condition?”

“Alright! Alright! Break it up, guys. Come on. No fighting among us. We’re better than that,” she moved herself in between the two bodies. “Seriously. Enough. Walk it off, both of you.” Her voice became much sterner than usual. Once the two finally started moving in opposite directions did she let out a sigh of relief. “I never did understand the need to establish dominance…” She mumbled to herself.

he hates violence. it is never an answer, it only makes everything WORSE. he has seen it and would rather never see it again - but in this world it’s impossible. but despite the fact orion hates it, he does understand. emotions bottling up need an outlet, and for some only the ACT let out the necessary steam. orion prefers to think of the analytical side. anything else would bring old MEMORIES back. “neither did i, truly. yet it always happens.” he remarks, looking at the retreating persons with quiet discomfort.

lia tried to catch the person who’d alighted next to her out of the corner of her eye. upon realizing who they were, she shifted her gaze back to the horizon. ‘ can’t sleep? ’ she fiddled with one of her twin braids. ‘ i got some melatonin. uh, i could get it. ’

“i’m not sure it would work.” he comments, attempting to form a smile. the result is not what he wanted, it’s just a sad, sad thing. orion dreams sometimes, maybe it’s a glitch in his systems, memories flooding into the UNCONSCIOUS part of him. he doesn’t like the dreams. “so don’t bother. thank you, though.” he remembers to thank. always the manners.

“you know what i miss?” a pause as her gaze trails over the camp, her hands occupied with preparing food for the next meal. this was usually when her mind wandered the most, her mind free as her hands worked. “donuts,” she said finally. “i never thought i’d miss them. hell, i didn’t even really like them when they were easily accessible, but now? i would probably fight someone for one.” she sighed as she glanced down at her work, shifting in her seat slightly. “maybe it’s just ‘cause we can’t have them anymore. i dunno.”

“i’ve never had one.” his tone is smooth, just like it always is. polite and pleasant, simple. it’s the way he IS. “i’ve heard of them, naturally, but i’ve never had a chance to eat one.” he wonders why, for a brief moment. why he has never enjoyed something so simple, so pedestrian. for a moment orion even was the CONQUEROR instead of a SLAVE. but still there’s so much he has never done and will never do. can something that has never been experienced be missed? orion contemplates about asking what else the girl misses, but quickly comes to the HYPOTHESIS that it wouldn’t be wanted. question related to too many emotional subjects, his mind tells him. “i don’t know what i miss. i didn’t have much, before.”

       THERE WAS A very low h u m somewhere in the back of her mind.  It brought her to a slow haze, and while she stood outside – greeting the COPIOUS amounts of people who she would have the displeasure of dealing with – she felt like he was f l o a t i n g. There was no recollection of HOW she got there. Yet she was too embarrassed to admit her confusion. It made her want to rip her own skin off just to feel the AGONY of being grounded.The basic functions of a robot SEIZED to e x i s t to Pandora — a m y s t e r y she was but even her origins were blurred. Just as The Creature needed Dr. Frankenstein, Pandora needed her creator.  But, when she was brought back to reality by a pedestrians laugh that could only be described as ‘UNFORTUNATE’ she simply let out a long sigh, her expression narrowing down to nothing but a disgruntled stare.  ❝ oh dear, my deepest apologizes. i seemed to have… dozed off. ❞

“it is understandable.” he can sense the presence of another like him, but it doesn’t surprise him anymore. he KNOWS he’s not the only one non-human with the resistance but it still used to be amazed. so many of those orion used to know were more than willing just to make the entire humanity SUFFER. it makes him feel surprisingly hopeful for the future. he was always taught to be understanding - being always so very polite and kind was who he was, IS who he is. sometimes he feels like it’s not the best solution anymore. “it happens to everyone.”

okay hello i rly got to go to sleep bc early school day tomorrow !! i’m ilya and french is my favorite thing, but a close second is my new son orion - im excited to be here. i’m gonna write a more detailed biography for him bc for now i only have some smol outlines. but you should totally come plot with me so you can get to know my damaged son better

okay so before everything he was basically just a servant - okay, more like an assistant? it included some abuse of all kinds, i’ll elaborate that later. he was mostly okay with it because he didn’t know better and it was what he was meant to do, really. his owner (?) wasn’t very nice but his owner’s brother was a friend for orion and they genuinely liked each other. after the revolution orion realized how badly he had been treated and first he was a full on revolutionist - then something happened and he realized that killing and enslaving humans isn’t nice.

okay that sucked but forgive me i’m really tired. i’ll be back tomorrow and i’ll hop on to the actual roleplaying
