The murky black ichor of what used to be water continues to pour into the river, continues to damage the nearby forest, Wild's forest.
In a desperate last attempt, Wild concocts a plan to stop the source of the pollution. She grants intelligence to some of the forest's inhabitants in order to send them to the city tasking them to stop whatever is damaging the river they all relay on.
While looking throughout the city, Oscar spots an odd looking building labeled "McTabby's". Upon farther investigation Oscar finds some of the workers there to look quite familiar yet different, they have their own lady of the forest but made of unnatural material. Oscar knew that this is the best chance he's going to get, and so they decide to try and befriend some of them in hopes of figuring out and taking down the cause of the damaged river
