i actually think Kara angst hits very hard if it’s executed correctly, I’ve cried reading angsty Kara fics before. My issue is when they portray his brothers as villains or intentionally malicious in a non-comedic way to get there, it just feels out of character to me

concept instead of blind kara au: kara au. he gets the but can never and while it makes him look good for the ladies he cry because his brothers torture him with their destructive and he can't fight back, poor kara is so abused and mistreated he cry all the time snifflesniffle. ao3 masterpiece with people crying for kara or then weirdos being weird about it in a way not intended and not taking kara's suffering SERIOUSLY.
