Been burning the candle at both ends to get this done - technically, I still have two months until this has to be done so that it can be displayed at gencon, but I also have a massive army painting commission that I need to get started on.

Very nearly done now. I have to wait on one more thing to show up so I can add a few last details to the base - normally I would’ve bought it at the local hobby shop, but due to the tariffs they are not restocking a lot of things (thanks, Trump).

Got a neat little turntable for videos, I decided to try it out on the current project even though it’s not quite done yet - very excited to finish this and get a good video.

Working on something pretty big for a TTRPG game company - I can’t say much more than that currently, but it’s a large project and I’m very excited to see it come together!

Getting my color palette blocked out, wait till I add the blues! I think this one is going to come together really well

Now I know it looks a little odd right now, but the next thing I’m going to do is go in and tie all those little islands of color together against the backdrop of all that grey rock.

This means getting a lot of very deep purple-blues into the shadows and recesses, bringing in some more magentas and even oranges and yellows in other spots.

Still a lot of work to be done but plenty of time to get it done, and worth taking my time to do
