I’m pretty sure that this ship was born because I was bored out of my mind and wanted more ships (i am a bit of a ship whore after all). This was back when David/James was its own blog and I was just like “hmm I wanna use james more because he’s fabulous and he needs a ship.” And i also was like “i bet lauren will indulge me with whomever i say for james and ship.” Then I thought about it wasn’t fair that zelena didn’t have a lover on the show (this was way before James/Cruella or Zades) and I feel like james/zelena would work.. and it did and it’s one of my favorite crack ships (and I have a shit ton of them).

David smiled up at her and sat back in his chair. He had a smile still on his face and he folded his hands on his stomach. He would do anything for Regina and it was more because he was a good person. He loved her and loved to see her happy. “Well I could take a cooking class or something. I mean.. I should be helping to alleviate your stress and cooking for you every night is definitely something that I can do to help.”
