It was the songs birthday the other day and I've always wanted to try recording an english cover so here you go. I'm still very new to recording covers so it doesn't sound the best and there are a few mistakes but I still think it turned out pretty good for like... My second attempt. I did have to change some of the lyrics so it would rhyme better so they're not completely accurate to the original. Also I put a filter on my voice... I wasn't sure about it at first but the original vocals sounded weird on their own so I added the filter. I was considering uploading it to youtube but I don't think I'm actually allowed so I'll just post it here and hope that's allowed lol. Anyway I hope you enjoy!

I'm not even gonna sugarcoat anything, I honestly really dislike how this project turned out. Not that any of the participants did bad, that's not what I'm implying. It's just I had been stressing over this project for so long, and to top everything off, every single thing that I was worried would happen while trying to put this together HAPPENED. Every single thing that could have possibly gone wrong WENT WRONG. The resolution of participants' segments would go down slightly when downloading but it still looked fine. However after exporting the quality looked shit. And my own parts are in noticeably much higher definition than everyone else's so now it looks like I did this intentionally, some parts are off timing by like a whole second and a half.
I realized one person never uploaded their part mid-editing so I panicked and had to fill in for them extremely lazily last minute. And I was on a time crunch so overall it just turned out really sloppy, like I deadass cried so many times making this. I'm genuinely so sorry to all the partcipants that the MAP turned out this way, it's all on me, sorry. I've genuinely been considering deleting the upload and posting a fixed version next year but that'd be really unfair to the participants so I'm keeping the video up.
However, I hope you as viewers can still enjoy the final product. Happy 13th anniversary Shikyou ❤️ Now in the most respectful way possible, don't expect any more MAPs from me anytime soon <3
Guys, this is NOT a joke, Masa is making a new Sister's Story song, or at the very least, a song related to Sister's Story!! I literally haven't seen anyone mention it anywhere so I'm the one breaking the news.
A few days ago I got a video by Nate (Decent Artist) on my YouTube feed and the title said that Masa was making a new Sister's Story song! So I check Masa's Twitter and his most recent post says "あの子の七つのお祝いに" (For that child/girl's 7th birthday celebration), an obvious reference to 私ノ七ツノオ祝イニ. Attached is a WIP of a traditional Japanese sounding song. It seems to use a similar leitmotif to On my 7th Celebration as well like "ratatarata" which is also used in that song.
So yeah, that pretty much confirms it, we're likely getting a new Sister's Story song :) Y'know, I used to see people hoping for a new Onibi Series song someday and think to myself, "Masa isn't bringing back the Onibi songs" but with the way things have been going recently with the new My Youth song and now this, it's genuinely a possibility lol
