it’s in November. 

i’ve never been one to celebrate it though. guess i’ve never really had the time. who knows, it might be fun to try this year though! we’ll see if I get around to it.

“Are you... sure this is a good idea? Leaving the Save Screen and all?” {xetermination. Figured I’d send a starter regarding the plot we talked about, if you don’t mind!}

@xetermination“yeah. I promise, everything will be alright Geno. you trust me don’t you?” The starry skeleton held out his hand for his with a reassuring smile. “i want to show you the stars. not just through your screens or in a book, but with your own eyes ya know?” This moment had been building up for awhile. He’d taught him all he could from the safety of the Save Screen. When Geno had eaten that galaxy ice cream it had been one of the most exciting moments in his life. He’d just wanted him try it, not really expecting that the sweet treat would heal him. He wasn’t about to pass up the opportunity to take him stargazing though. He couldn’t wait to show him around his timeline and introduce him to everyone. Even so, he waited patiently for Geno to take his hand.

Despite his body feeling stronger than ever thanks to the ice cream, the fact of his HP being restored didn’t silence his doubts about leaving. Looking around at the darkness that surrounded them, Geno finally looked back at the other.

“I… do trust you,” he confirmed. “But all I want to know is that you’ll let me come back here. I still have the timelines to watch over, you know. I suppose it would be nice to see actual stars, though…” Looking down at his outstretched hand, Geno took a deep breath before reaching out and taking it.

“of course! I wouldn’t keep you from that, I know how important it is too you.” He took his hand and held it gently, threading their fingers together as he pulled him into his world. He kept a close eye watching for.... well he wasn’t really sure what he was waiting for. He just wanted Geno to be okay. It was always sort of a relief for Outer, walking back among the stars. He always missed them no matter how much time he spent looking up at them. He gave Geno a moment to take in the view, watching him a bit fondly. “ready? come on, l’ll take you to my favorite stargazing spot.”

He’s laughing, “yeah I know. i’ll tell him eventually. as soon as I know he won’t punch me in the eye for it.” As much as he loves that boy he also knows that if he takes him by surprise it probably wouldn’t end well.
