notes: (1) used 60g granulated sugar + 115g brown sugar, switched to dark chocolate chips instead 'cos i ain't got time for diabetes; (2) added like a swish of vanilla essence just because it doesn't feel like baking without it; (3) baked for 22ish? minutes @ 190C
AFI: (1) to add sea salt on top BEFORE it goes in the oven; (2) KIV marshmellows next time if i have the budget
