notes: (1) used 1x pineapple paste from phoon huat (see below for details); (2) tripled the recipe but turns out it was so easy to eat that we just munched so many lol rip waistline; (3) baked for 14-15 mins and tbh the chaoda ones tasted nicer imo; (4) didn't add the sugar in the end because #myhealthyplate lol

AFI: (1) use reduced sugar pineapple paste (BUY EARLY!!!); (2) gotta find a way to use the 700g of pineapple paste what in the world; (3) nicer plating and pic ideas pl0x

Notes: (1) used 180g of sugar this time cos h e l t h; (2) used RedMan dark chocolate couverture buttons 75% + butterscotch chips (no white choc sedz); (3) toppings: walnuts + chopped hazelnuts + chopped peanuts

AFI: too cakey?!? probs will wanna (1) weigh the bananas; (2) actually use medium ripe bananas; (3) weigh the baking soda; (4) KIV extra butter? idek anymore i'm a nub

note: (1) second time using this recipe but first time taking legit nice pics, (2) tripled the recipe in total and split into two 8-inch circle pans

AFI: (1) matcha powder can use 13-15/10g instead because wow so stronkz, (2) can kiv 200C for 40 mins instead because the top is obviously chaoda like 10 steps closer to cancer, (3) cut the cake when hot because the top cracks/debris less easily when hot
