I debated getting out of bed before 6:30 am on a Saturday, but knowing it meant I’d likely get some time alone before the little guy woke up, won.

Another abnormally beautiful February day today. I typically love a good blizzard, but this weather makes you want to skip right through that mess to spring and summer. Figures. The year we're prepared with great sleds and snow equipment! 🤷♀️ Josh went to help a friend move, so Ella and I hit the park, Mickie D's for lunch, home for nap, then outside in the neighborhood to play. Before all of that, this jam came on the radio. We all have to turn it up, sing, and dance, right? I'm not alone?! Especially when the weather is nice and the windows are down. Today I looked back and Ella was dancing along with me. We both laughed and she said, "it's a party in here!" She's so awesome.
It feels good to get this out of my body!

29 weeks today and headed to the salon to get this mop on my head some much needed attention. There may be a half caff cascara latte in the cup holder and a book in my bag for plans to stretch this time out of the house on such a beautiful day (60 degrees in Maryland--whoa). p.s. It's a boy 💙

Somehow every kid at day care except for Ella and one other contacted Hand, Foot, and Mouth Disease. I don't know by what grace we were spared, but thank goodness!!
