Before everyone starts scrambling about McCree/Ashe and the “ex-lovers” comment:

In the VA panel, the casting director described Ashe’s attitude in the short being triggered by McCree as a person, like when you encounter an ex-lover. She didn’t confirm any canon. She was describing vocal motivation. Wait until Michael Chu comments on this or some actual information comes out before setting everything on fire - or don’t, because it’s a fun video game and not your story.
