Another TCG redraw for Sinnoh, hosted by @poketcg-art!

Filling in last minute I wanted to try another animation, this is a redraw of a card by GOSSAN. Original card and process below the cut

I changed it a bit to look more like Chargestone Cave (not Sinnoh) because it looks cool and it really captures the "special magnetic zone" it needs to evolve. And I like blue. I had to restrain myself from adding too many details and overcomplicating the whole thing.

This is the first time I've tried exporting as a video since gifs tend to be compressed and some things display weird (like the gradient on the Lairon redraw separates weirdly in the gif export). But here's the gif too:

Redraw of the only officially revealed Mega Darkrai TCG card for @poketcgart Sinnoh redraw event. Darkrai is my #1 fav pokemon so I had a lot of fun with the new mega! I'm sure there will be some alt cards revealed in the next month for the upcoming Abyss Eye release so I'll be interested to see those

Here's the close to final version minus a lot of added effects. I started the first sketch with a 3D ball I gooshed into a Darkrai shape lol. It's definitely hard to capture the dimensionality of 5ban graphics! I honestly enjoyed the challenge of the mega since a lot of the regular Darkrai cards employ the same poses that I also end up using in my Darkrai doodles

My redraw of Team Magma's Lairon for @poketcg-art hosted Hoenn card redraw event! I had a great time working on this, I really got to stretch my digital drawing muscles.
