This verse emphasizes the fact that life is fleeting. Our bodies are as fragile as grass. We all grow old, and death is a reality. Besides being fragile like grass, our achievements, our beauty and youthfulness also fade away like that of the flowers of the field. .Thanks be to God, that's not our destiny and that's not our end. We are destined to live with Jesus for ever and ever. When we put our faith in Jesus Christ, death has no say in our lives. When we close our eyes in death, we will be ushered into heaven in the presence of Jesus, and His angels into eternal bliss. There will be no more pain, no more sorrows or worries, no more diseases, no more aging and no more tears.
Let's live well while we have breath.
