Fuck Rape Culture (a little long)

This is a rant. But I was at a party with my friend. She really liked the guy who was throwing it and had asked me to be her wingman, and although it wasnt either of our scene, we went. Anywho, he blew her off so we ended up just spending the night dancing together. Parties on campus always end up getting shut down early, so it wasnt long before cops were outside and everyone was trapped inside waiting for them to leave. We were in the very back of the house in a hallway were it was just us and four big tall guys behind us. Anywho I felt one of the guys grab my ass and try to reach between my legs so I turned around and asked whomever it had been to stop, and turned around. Not two seconds later, it happened again, but much more aggresive. I turned around and very firmly said OK I DONT KNOW WHO THE FUCK IT IS WHOS TOUCHING ME, BUT THEY NEED TO STOP IT RIGHT NOW. I MEAN IT. Apparently they didnt like that because as I was turning around, one of them swung and punched me so hard in the face my head dented the dry wall next to me. When me and my friend and everyone had realized what had happened we all got in their face demanding that whoever punched me own up and apologize. Not only would he not admit it, none of the other three guys would tell me who it was and proceeded to call me a bitch. What pisses me off the most is not that saying no does not stop men from handling you however they want, my friend immediately turned to me and said I should have worn jeans with my sweatshirt instead of leggings if I didnt want guys touching me. MEN AND WOMEN BOTH ADD TO THIS BULLSHIT. I havent been to a party since.
