how do I get over this sense of looming anguish? I want to be contented but currently I can't seem to be for longer than a while. lately I have been so nostalgic of past times that at moments, it hurts. I want to let go of these aches and miseries through the stage but I haven't wanted to be in the spotlight. hopefully soon it will all pass
