I know it isn’t great that you’re so far away from home. But, maybe this is a blessing in disguise. You said that life was much harsher for you back in your universe. Living here—you’re finally getting a break from it all. Do you enjoy being able to just focus on creating beautiful clothing? -Evie

It is rather nice, yes...I just worry about the state of the world back home.

I hope there's a way to go back and forth eventually, I would hate to leave Ryo for my duties, I'm happy with him.

Do you do a lot of fashion design work? -Evie

I do a lot more, now that I don't have many options. I'll put it forward when I'm able to be home.

So do you do hero work here? -Evie

I can, but typically only if I'm called for. We don't wish to confuse the citizens.

So, does the mean you weren’t kidnapped by the league, like the Jeanist in this world was? -Evie

I was not.

Oh! I haven’t even spoken to the Bakugou in 3-A. What is your Katsuki like? -Evie

Very sweet, but competitive boy! I adore him, he did wonderfully at my agency. I think of him as my son.

I’m glad you’re not alone. It’s must have been scary to be thrown into a new surrounding and then being forced to call it home. Do you miss anything? Evie

Although your morals frighten me... I refuse to believe you aren’t as nice. There’s a kind heart under that hard exterior you’ve created. Maybe living in this universe will help bring that out more. -Evie

I'm not upset.

I'm not alone either, I formed a relationship in this universe.

My mom tells me that parents are humans too—they aren’t perfect and they make mistakes. Parents only want what’s best for their child, by giving them the opportunities that they never had growing up. Your dad probably saw you as the one good thing he has ever done in his whole entire life. So, if it meant breaking the law to help support his family, he probably didn’t care as long as you were able to pursue your dream. He just didn’t think of the consequences. -Evie

I don't care and I don't have sympathy for him. He was breaking the law before I was born, creating a family was a selfish act on his part.

I know this isn’t the same, but when my parents first got divorced. I was so angry with my dad... I felt like he let us down, because he was never there. Work was always more important, and I was lucky if I got see him twice a month. I resented him for it. But to carry all that anger around, it doesn’t help anything. Forgiving someone isn’t easy either, but you have to think back to the moments your dad supported you. He obviously knew you would be a great hero someday. -Evie

You haven’t spoken to your dad for more than two decades! Don’t you think you should at least attempt to visit him. He lied and what he did was extremely wrong, but he’s still your father. What if you never see him again? He might be a criminal, but he loved you.-Evie

If you don’t mind me asking, what did your father do? How did he betray everyone?-Evie

He just kept it all a secret. I understand that he had good intentions behind that, keeping his family safe.

But he supported my love of heroes. All the way up until a few months before the entrance exams.

He did a lot of illegal trade. Drugs, animals, you get the idea. It was busted one day, we found out that way, I never went to visit him.

Do you remember or recall how you ended up in this universe? Anything at all? Have you tried to go back to your own world?-Evie

Not at all. I have asked around, but gotten no answers.

I’m so sorry about your father. You must have been devastated. Is he still serving time? -Evie

It's fine.

He is, yes.

Does that mean you’ve killed people? Doesn’t that bother you at all, to take someone else’s life? I’m not trying to judge you—and I have no idea of what you’ve been put through. But, I don’t think I could live with myself if I ended someone’s life. -Evie

I have no issue with taking the lives of anyone who hurts the innocent. Villains kill, they should suffer the consequence.

What was your childhood like?

I had a happy, normal childhood up until 14. My father was arrested for being a criminal behind our backs.

As you'd expect, I felt betrayed and angry. I became a student at UA the following months later.
